Tucked away in one of the little alleys. When we were searching the location, the area was so peaceful we thought we might have taken a wrong turn, but it turned out to be a great find. There’s plenty of space inside, and it felt good to enjoy Indian food in such a cozy, quiet neighborhood. The food was delicious and came in generous portions. There were three of us, but we still had enough left over to take away. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity. All in all, a great spot for a relaxed meal with authentic flavors.

Chai Thali popped up as a recommended place to eat. It didn't disappoint - one of the best Indian meals I have had in a long time. Lamb samosas - juicy, flavour packed, crunchy. The accompanying mint sauce gave the right balance. Chilli paneer - not as spicy as I imagined, but very tasty. Chai - I downed several cups of chai, both sweetened and unsweetened. Delicious. Laal maas. My go to dish, spicy lamb curry. This was spot on; slow burning heat, deep flavours, generous portion of lamb, awesome sauce. Peshwari naan. I do love this, the seeetness goes well with the laal maas. It had cardamom and cloves, which gave it some punch as well. Service at the restaurant was excellent, friendly, and the environment is great. I highly recommend a visit here.

Good food, quick service. Visited for a quick evening snack. Worth a try- Mini Nihari Bites. Cocktails were not that good and can be improved- we ordered 3 cocktails and 2 out of them were extra sweet (too much sugar).

This restaurant should have a higher rating than 4.3 in my opinion. The service was really nice. Staff was courteous, polite and very timely. The restaurant is situated in one of the quieter lanes in Camden. I think if it was in a more tourist location, it would have been even more popular. Food was great! We ordered a paneer dish, bhindi (okra) sabzi, tandoori roti, naan and lassi. Paneer and bhindi sabzis were delicious. Lassi was great too. Naan and tandoori rotis were nice too. The only thing I felt with rotis and naan was that they were thinner than they usually are in India which changes the texture a little bit. But to be honest I have observed this in all restaurants in London that Indian breads are thinner than the usual Indian standard. Oh I forgot! I also orders Indian chai and that was the best Indian chai I have had in any Indian restaurant in London. It was really really nice. :)
