Food and service 10/10 by the lovely lady in hijab - thank you! Friendly and welcoming service (more than I can say for Stratford Westfield site!) The lady filled my quesadila to the brim and tasted delicious. Very generous portions. Highly recommend! Chicken is halal. Went on a weekend. Very spacious.

I had a great experience at Tortilla Canary Wharf! The bowl was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavor. The General Manager, Giuseppe, was super kind and really helped me choose the perfect dinner. Excellent service and great vibes — I’ll definitely be back! 🌯🙌

I have been here on 29/12/25 at around 19:30. I want to clarify at once that my review is not about the quality of the food which is always great. The only reason I am writing this review is to report the 3 members of the staff who really should not be working there ruining this place reputation. The three ladies who were "working" at this time have spent the 20 minutes I have been in constantly shouting, laughing extremely loudly and not caring at all about their job. This resulted also in lowering the quality of the food they were serving. My burrito was not closed at all with all the toppings just thrown there and the tortilla barely folded. As soon as I started to open the foil it completely unfolded with all the toppings coming out of my burrito making it impossible to eat. I could see also another person on the nearby table experiencing the same issue. I do hope that some action will be taken either to teach or to remove these 3 ladies who really do not deserve to get paid for such a disgraceful way of working. Definitely not entering again if any of those ladies will be working again. I am quite sure many people will be doing the same even without writing any review. I am sorry about giving one star for the food but it was really impossible to enjoy and it ruined my dinner.

Honestly, these employees are brilliant! Always polite, kind and helpful! Most of all, incredibly efficient. I always order vegan options from here and never once have I had any mistakes in my order. Very safe, clean and always give good portion sizes. It’s rare you get efficient service and good customer service these days for these types of low paying jobs. They all seriously need a raise.

I had a great time at Tortilla in Canary Wharf! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — the burritos and tacos were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, lively, and had a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Corina from the staff — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Her positive attitude and warm smile really made my visit even better. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for tasty Mexican food and great service in Canary Wharf. I’ll be coming back soon! 🌯😊
