Honestly, these employees are brilliant! Always polite, kind and helpful! Most of all, incredibly efficient. I always order vegan options from here and never once have I had any mistakes in my order. Very safe, clean and always give good portion sizes. It’s rare you get efficient service and good customer service these days for these types of low paying jobs. They all seriously need a raise.

I visited Tortilla Canary Wharf tonight, and it was such a lovely experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour — exactly what you’d want after a long day. I especially want to mention Corina, who truly made my visit special. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy from the moment I walked in. You can tell she really cares about her customers — she took the time to help me choose what to order, gave great recommendations, and made me feel genuinely looked after. Her smile and kindness made the whole atmosphere so much better. Also a big thank you to Nurin, who was kind and attentive, checking that everything was perfect. With staff like Corina and Nurin, this Tortilla branch really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend to anyone around Canary Wharf looking for great food and amazing service! ✨

The food was fresh and tasty — the chicken was well-seasoned, and the salsa added a nice kick. I liked that I could choose exactly what I wanted in my burrito, and it was made quickly. The service was friendly and efficient, even though it was a bit busy. The staff (Corina)were polite and didn’t rush me while I made my choices.
