First time here, lady at the register was very nice and walked me through the menu! The sauces were amazing. Flavors were great, chose two flavors of the sliders (Hot and Medium) If you’re not a fan of really spicy, do not get Hot! I loved both the flavors and the fries and mac and cheese were also very good. Would come here again

I purchased a #1 meal with medium spice level. The chicken tenders are very tasty. The level of spice was a bit hot for me. I believe next time I will choose the Lite Mild spice level. I like the season on the French Fries! $13.00. Oh, mix the honey with the Dave's sauce. It taste great on the tender.

Went for the first time and it was great. Staff was kind and welcoming, as well as happy to help me and my family figure out what to order. Food is great. The fries are seasoned fantastically and the chicken sliders can be customized, so you pick how hot you want them. Would absolutely go back once more

I wanted to like it so bad. I tried to convince others to give it a try; all I’m left with is sadness and friends upset at me for recommending they try it. Ordered those little hot chicken sandwiches with fries and drink. The fries I can say I was happy with, albeit overly seasoned. The chicken, unfortunately, was juicy and nothing else (but suspiciously wet in the center, as if not properly and thoroughly cooked). Hot for the sake of being hot with zero actual taste. Like where’s the flavor? “Hot” alone is not a flavor. Why can so many Nashville-style hot chicken places get it so right, and Dave’s gets it so wrong? Of the other opinions I had shouted at me in frustration from those I recommended the place they try, the standout takeaway was that the Mac n cheese tasted like “toilet water” (I guess that’s a no on the Mac rec), and the chicken tasted like it was dusted with a whisper of chili powder and nothing else. I feel Dave’s is more hype than actual taste, as is with most LA-based concoctions that get injected, infused into the rest of America. That’s a no for me.

I previously visited Dave's Hot Chicken and had a good experience but with some flaws. However, customer service reached out so I visited Dave's Hot Chicken again. This time, everything was so much better, from the service--which was already superb from the beginning, to the food.

We ordered two meals of Dave's #2: one with two hot, and one with a hot and extra hot. We also ordered a side of Kale Slaw with them. Because the spice levels aren't where it should be, everything hot and under doesn't taste as great as it should be. However, if you'd like to have a good amount of flavor from your slider, start by ordering the extra hot level. At this point, the spice still hasn't kicked in yet, but the flavor is completely different from what you'd get with the hot. As for the Kale Slaw, it was a bit dry but still delicious.

The customer service was SUPERB, possibly the best I've ever encountered. There was no wait, and the food came out promptly. The staff there was so friendly and kind, ensuring we had what we needed to make the best of our stay.

Overall, this past visit really changed my outlook on Dave's Hot Chicken. The staff, environment, and food were all great. I'd definitely come back to visit Dave's Hot Chicken.

I've been wanting to visit Dave's Hot Chicken for quite some time now, and I was finally able to when they opened this location. The one thing that stood out the most at this location was the superb customer service. Don't get me wrong: the food was also great!

We ordered Dave's #2 (2 Sliders w/ Fries), Mac & Cheese, a Soft Drink, and Chocolate Milkshake. Although they're sliders, they're not that small. At the same time, they're not big, but should they be? They're sliders! The sliders were packed with just the right amount of kale slaw and sauce. The best thing? You're able to pick a different heat for each slider, allowing you to try different types of heat. We ordered the Hot and Medium, but neither was spicy enough so if you're into heat, go up a level or two. The fries weren't that distinguishable from other places. As for the Mac & Cheese, it's packed with a great amount of cheese and smoothness. If you like runny Mac & Cheese, you should try this one out. As for the Chocolate Milkshake, it wasn't that great which is the reason for the minus 1. The Chocolate Milkshake tasted exactly like Chocolate Syrup which is a definite no from me.

As for the customer service and location, they were superb. The person who took my order was very friendly and outgoing. The location had ample parking spaces, though it's a bit difficult to get out into the main street in the afternoon/evening. Inside was very clean and aesthetic.

Overall, I would visit again because the chicken tasted fresh, and I would like to try other heat levels.
