We ordered three meals and honestly the food was a complete let-down. Everything was overcooked, and the donner meat was so hard it was difficult to even chew. We specifically ordered mixed donner and chips, but there was no mixed donner at all – just tough lamb donner and some random, unknown bits that looked like pieces of batter. For the price we paid, we expected proper, fresh food, not something that felt like it had been sitting around for ages. Really disappointing and definitely not ordering from here again unless the quality improves.

This branch seems to think it’s acceptable to send overcooked/burnt food to customers & sent wrong items via deliveroo. Absolutely avoid this place like the plague…

I entered and the shop was deserted, no one was in there and it took them atleast 10 mins to take my order even tho couple of the employees saw me waiting multiple times. When they came to take my order they started arguing in their own language about something and i watched it as i was standing there awkwardly. The tables weren't clean and when i asked the employee for more napkins to clean the table myself he said "napkins inside bag". The food took ages to arrive - i ordered chips and strips which was under average imo. Can't understand why places like this even exist!

I ordered 4 chicken strips with spicy fries, but when I got home and opened the box there were only 3 strips
