I entered and the shop was deserted, no one was in there and it took them atleast 10 mins to take my order even tho couple of the employees saw me waiting multiple times. When they came to take my order they started arguing in their own language about something and i watched it as i was standing there awkwardly. The tables weren't clean and when i asked the employee for more napkins to clean the table myself he said "napkins inside bag". The food took ages to arrive - i ordered chips and strips which was under average imo. Can't understand why places like this even exist!

Visited 09/02/2025, when arrived greeted and advised that no kebabs and no grilled food available which is the majority of the menu, once ordered chicken burger and fries meal, spicy chicken burger and fries meal, chicken tenders and fries, the food came quickly. I’d say the fries are average and not seasoned and without a drink they can become dry/claggy after eating a few of them. Condiments are available if you ask as is fork if requested. Not a bad place and prices are not too bad for the area and choices available in the vicinity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered 4 chicken strips with spicy fries, but when I got home and opened the box there were only 3 strips

Chicken Burger is good and Cost effective. Potato wedges is extremely bad. Talks about Customer Service specially the lady who is at reception is required sufficient training how to interact and providing good service. I may think to go for big johns again for burger however customer service experience made me to suppress that thought. Treat this comment in an organic way to overcome the issues highlighted.
