Chicken Burger is good and Cost effective. Potato wedges is extremely bad. Talks about Customer Service specially the lady who is at reception is required sufficient training how to interact and providing good service. I may think to go for big johns again for burger however customer service experience made me to suppress that thought. Treat this comment in an organic way to overcome the issues highlighted.

Tried the chicken burger expecting a proper spicy dipped one, but it turned out to be a processed patty with just mayo, nothing special at all. Definitely not what I was hoping for. The chips were decent, but overall, I’d say avoid the burger. Plenty of better options elsewhere.

Went to Big John's after hearing big things about it! I wasn't impressed tbh. We ordered 2 spicy Chicken burgers, a 6" Asian Spicy Pizza, 4 Chicken grilled tenders and 6 spicy wings. The food presentation was on point 👍🏼 The spicy burgers weren't as good as expected as the bun was rubbery and too Chewy and overloaded with Mayonnaise, the pizza was okay but bland, wings were too oily and overcooked as the batter had a slight burnt taste although the chicken grilled tenders were excellent! Prices were reasonable. The service was excellent by the shop manager but we had to ask for the music volume to be reduced. Overall the place was kept in a clean state but the food disappointed us as this is the main reason why we went of course. Give it a try although I certainly won't be going again.
