Excellent service of all waiters! Specially a staff called: Simran was amazing, promote her! - very friendly, fast working and very kind. Food - it was okay overall, average buffet. Prices per person at £21.95. The fresh donuts were delicious! The lamb chops were tasty too. Free parking.

The service is good and the food spread is also appreciable. But the taste of the food is not up to the mark. The starters are good but the main course and desserts disappointed. Most of the main course dishes are salty. Desserts cakes are dry and kulfi ice cream is very disappointing.

Ver poor service,very slow and careless management,pots of food were empty,rude staff,the guy making naan was taking 10 years, had AirPods in and didn’t care. We were constantly complaining about everything but no one was listening. The lady manger in the kitchen was on her phone the whole time.The manager on the till only cared about the money.

From the moment we stepped through the door, it was a 5/5 experience. We ate around 5:45pm. The restaurant was relatively quiet, we were made to feel extremely welcome the staff were so attentive and extremely polite. The food was excellent and so well priced. I would highly recommend Al Maidah, we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for a great evening.

Went with a friend today, food was great, everything was fresh or recently prepared, cakes at dessert could be improved I thought they were a little dry, but still there was a great selection of desserts some things made fresh like pancakes and doughnuts. Most importantly the service was FANTASTIC, there is a girl who wears a scarf who is very attentive, she would clean the table and refill the water jugs when needed, and would ask if we needed anything. Overall worth the £21 pound, and would definitely be back again, thank you for the great experience.
