Having been to a few Oodles locations I’ll have to say this has to be one of the less enjoyable location. Starting with the positives, the hot and tangy chicken was not too bad it seemed fresh ish and the chips were nice and crispy and fresh also my food was served fairly quick. Unfortunately this was extremely let down by the Malaysian chicken which tasted bland and soggy, it was cold and not fresh at all, the vegetable fried rice was extremely bland and also cold. I don’t expect everything to be prepared fresh everytime but I would atleast expect my food to be fairly fresh or at the very least reheated on the wok. Staff are friendly, maybe I just visited on a bad day but as I’m not from the area this will be my last time.

Went there with family. There was a hair found in one of the Boxes when we showed to the guy at the till he said there was nothing he could Bcz he was following all hygiene precautions. He said we should throw the food and just mind our business. Very poor customer service and rude staff. Not worth the money at all.
