I love their Burgers and their recipe. My recent order as usual food was delicious and yummy. Staff behaviour was really friendly and helpful. They guide me good and restaurant was clean and tidy.

Disgusting overpriced food. Absolutely do not recommend and the lady who served us was very rude. The only decent thing was chicken nuggets and fries. The photo of burger I have shared is of a burger which is no form of chicken in my opinion. One of the worst food I have experienced.very very disappointed.

In response to the owner's reply, the male member of staff  offered to get another burger when we showed him the pink, uncooked burger, but i would not risk it and requested for a partial refund instead which would have been fair. He refused saying that he does not have the authority to do that and asked me to leave my phone number for the owner to contact me. What good is that going to do us when we travelled one hour to go to this place, and ending up getting such horrible food. Also the burger owner is referring to, yes, i did ask the lady before ordering that is this processed meat and she said yes, but at no point she mentioned "buttermilk", as stated by the owner's reply. Whatever it was, it was disgusting and i honestly do not recommend any burgers from this place. As i already said in my reviews the chicken nuggets and fries were ok. I have taken time to explain everything in detail to save other people from having the awful experience we ended up having.

Great place, food quality is very good and tasty! Selection of drinks including tango ice blast. Burgers are all delicious!

My meal cost me £6.28. I got a breakfast roll, fries and a coffee.
At first glance I feel as though the price is expensive, especially since the coffee is small, but the fries were a good portion as was the roll. Taste wise, the roll was nice but the beef was a bit salty. The fries were cold and the coffee tasted funny as though they used powdered milk.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted at the quality of the food I received, clearly no care was taken in making my order as soon after my order arrived pit stop had closed, so clearly my order was rushed. Pit stop should be embarrassed by the way they prepared my order and ashamed that they think the way my burger was prepared was acceptable to serve to customers, absolute shambles. My first time ordering from these guys, never again. Will be leaving a google review as my reviews get hundreds of views, I have local guide status in the Ilford area. If anyone is going to order from Pit Stop they best ensure they do not do it a good hour or two before they close otherwise you will be served with leftovers. I have taken pictures of the state my burger arrived in. These guys are supposed to do fairly premium burgers, I’m better off buying a burger for two quid from your basic chicken and chips shop than pay the £9 I did for this joke of a meal. Also, they did not provide two cheese slices and not anywhere near enough onions as described in their prep duct description, no sign of mustard either, absolutely horrendous

UPDATE:
In response to my original review the restaurant clearly has low standards when it comes to the presentation of their food. Even though I have attached images, they have not addressed the poor state in which my food was delivered and prepared. I have never encountered such bad customer service! Will never be ordering from them again.

Everything on our menu is Halal. We are HMC certified, the certificate is in the window.
