My daughter and I popped in for a meal on the 14th of June 2025, after visiting relatives in Forest Gate. While the service was good - the staff were attentive and efficient - we were quite disappointed with the portion sizes. My 1/4 chicken, creamy mash, and spicy rice, along with my daughter's wings, creamy mash, and garlic bread, seemed noticeably smaller than on previous visits to other Nando's restaurants. The selection of drinks were great as always, but the reduced food portions definitely impacted our overall experience.

Rafael absolutely deserves to be Employee of the Year! He’s a fantastic person and makes every visit to Nando’s feel truly special. Rafael is always smiling, incredibly helpful, and his service is consistently 100% exceptional. He goes above and beyond to ensure a brilliant dining experience. Keep up the amazing work, Rafael!

This is a very popular restaurant. It’s very big and it was full house. It’s very relaxed. Like Wetherspoon, you order and make payment in an apps.

Rafael who tended to our table was absolutely fantastic. He was so attentive, and funny and made our visit 100x times better. Not only was he like that with us but with every other table which was amazing service by one amazing guy. Thank you Rafael for all your help today.

My family and I decided to go to the shopping centre and then have dinner here. There was a bit of a queue but we didn't have to wait long. The food was very good and the waiter Rafael who served us was super friendly and very attentive, he made our night. We will be back soon and we hope to see Rafael again.
