My daughter and I popped in for a meal on the 14th of June 2025, after visiting relatives in Forest Gate. While the service was good - the staff were attentive and efficient - we were quite disappointed with the portion sizes. My 1/4 chicken, creamy mash, and spicy rice, along with my daughter's wings, creamy mash, and garlic bread, seemed noticeably smaller than on previous visits to other Nando's restaurants. The selection of drinks were great as always, but the reduced food portions definitely impacted our overall experience.

Excellent Customer Service at Nando’s Stratford Westfield! I had a fantastic experience at Nando’s in Stratford Westfield recently, and I want to give a big shoutout to two outstanding team members – Monica and Fedelia. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. They both greeted me with a warm smile and helped me find the perfect table. They were attentive without being intrusive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They were both equally impressive. What stood out the most was their genuine friendliness and teamwork. You could tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. In a busy restaurant, it’s rare to feel that well looked after, but they truly made my visit memorable. Kudos to both of them for their professionalism, positive energy, and excellent service. My first time visiting Westfield Stratford was fantastic! I went for dinner at Nandos on a friend's recommendation, and I was so impressed. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

This branch has become a favorite spot for me and my daughter. The food never disappoints — always fresh, flavorful. But what keeps us coming back is the amazing staff. They’re genuinely kind and attentive, and Mahsheed, in particular, always goes above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. It’s rare to find such heartfelt service these days. Highly recommend!
