Excellent Customer Service at Nando’s Stratford Westfield! I had a fantastic experience at Nando’s in Stratford Westfield recently, and I want to give a big shoutout to two outstanding team members – Monica and Fedelia. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. They both greeted me with a warm smile and helped me find the perfect table. They were attentive without being intrusive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They were both equally impressive. What stood out the most was their genuine friendliness and teamwork. You could tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. In a busy restaurant, it’s rare to feel that well looked after, but they truly made my visit memorable. Kudos to both of them for their professionalism, positive energy, and excellent service.
