Not sure of the name the young lady that works the morning shift at the front counter but her service is impeccable. A very gracious and welcoming individual. On both occasions that I ordered my food online for pick up she was very professional and kind. Unknowingly I own my own franchise food outlet and I would love if my employees were this welcoming. Customer service is something that many companies take for granted.

4.5 stars for staffs 4 stars for food Nothing special about food, just average like other fast food restaurants. Thanks to Joyel for briefing me about offers and helping me with order. I got 3 wings free. 👉About food- Burger was massive with crispy chicken tender (but oily) and soft buns, I like the flavour and it was really spicy. Would recommend to try spicy. Oreo shake was excellent ( Basically shake comes at £4.25 but if you order meal box having cold drinks then you can replace drink with Oreo by paying £2.5 extra instead of £4.25 actual price) 👉 Service - Good, 3 -4 screen for placing orders and by scanning QR code as well. Staffs are good, helpful, and quick. Note- Stratford centre city is always busy so first grap and seat and order your food. 👉Price- More or less same like other brands. But affordable if compared with location #HALAL - Food is halal here.

I've ordered signature fried chicken and one piece of chicken was off! Smelled of fish and tasted rancid, luckily I realised straightaway.. otherwise could get very serious food poisoning. Be careful when eating here.

*downgrading from the original ***check your takeaway before leaving!! They have a staff standing at the waiting area to “guide” customers to give the rating. It was awkward - how do I rate before getting the food? I did it anyway because the staff member was looking at my screen. I wouldn’t have modified the rating if everything went well, but only found out the miss the food after I got home. Can’t believe they put resources to get customer rating on the internet before service quality control! Feel like get robbed. £7.29 for only two chicken pieces! And they stopped offering number of best seller options: spicy flavour of chicken, and buffalo sauce.

Had a great experience at Popeyes Stratford. Food was tasty and came out fresh and fast. Shakel at front of house was brilliant — really friendly, welcoming and made the visit even better. Will definitely be coming back!
