Mamasons Dirty Ice Cream (Westfield London)

While Mamasons offers some genuinely tasty and unique desserts, my recent experience with the halo-halo was somewhat marred by the missing leche flan and the lack of communication about it beforehand. The Milo ice cream was a definite win, but the inconsistency with a signature item like the halo-halo, especially given the price, is something to consider. I hope on future visits, they ensure all components of their popular desserts are available and communicate any shortages to their customers proactively.
I would Possibly return, as I've enjoyed their offerings in the past, but I would definitely inquire about the availability of all ingredients before placing my order, especially for the halo-halo.

The cone was so flimsy that it broke in my hand before I had barely started. The guy didn’t want to offer a replacement and insisted we pay for another. Poor customer service. The ice cream also melts very quickly. Not a great experience. Seems like they take peoples custom for granted. We won’t be returning.

I tried halo-halo for the first time in my life, and I don't think I'll ever be the same again. The ube ice cream on top with the evaporated milk poured over some shaved ice mixed with decadent and smooth flan. I think i'm in love. Bury me in ube. I might call my firstborn ube. If I, under extreme duress, was forced to critique this dessert, I'd point out how I'm not the biggest fan of jelly, which was at the bottom. I recognize that that is a ME problem, however. This drink was also super cold, like, teeth-vibrating-for-a-while-after-drinking, cold. Again, I just need to brush even better, it's a me-problem.

Mikel thank you, thank you.  We were the last customers for the evening and they still served us with a smile and so much enthusiasm. Thanks for preparing 2 great tasty halo halos for myself and my cousin.  We were so happy we got our halo halos fix!!!

Was quite excited to see this at Westfield, however, was quickly put off by the miserable faces of some, not all, but some staff. A customer requested to taste a flavour, staff begrudgingly obliged snapping the cap off the ice cream tub and took a sample for customer to taste. There was no smile, just a bland look and stare to the customer. A fellow staff member helped to put the cap back on gently. Anyway, once your order is ready, they'll shout your number. Tables are quite filthy and not cleaned. Perhaps a message to encourage customers to clear the tables as they leave would help. Customer-facing skills are still a bit tender. They can't seem to handle "busy times". Now for the halo-halo, nothing spectacular quite frankly. I did enjoy the purple yam flavoured coffee I had.
