Really tasty burgers and slaw. The server was charming very nice chap who knew the menu , being on a Keto diet can often be challenging but he gave us really good alternatives to Buns and Fries Sat outside enjoyed the food and watched the world go by ,, lovely afternoon. Free parking locally on Sundays to.

First time having P&B. We went on a Sunday, and we were greeted by a very friendly waitress. We had loaded fries, and a burger. While eating, she even checked if everything was alright. We had a good time and an amazing lunch!

We stopped by P&B on a Tuesday evening and were received by friendly staff who took customer service to the next level. As for food, the burgers were fresh, full of flavour and were accompanied with arguably one of the best [rosemary seasoned] fries. Strongly recommended! P.S. There’s plenty of halal options.

It’s amazing how some things can be lost in translation, If you are a Jamaican then the name of this place has a completely different meaning. I can guarantee that 99% of Jamaican people and almost all Caribbean people will be confused by the name Patty & Bun. Technically they are correct to use that name but it really is weird to me. To a Jamaican a Patty is a half moon shaped savoury filled snack with a flakey crust, it can contain either, chicken, beef, salt fish or vegetables. The word Bun normally means a spiced loaf filled with raisins and other fruits and is normally sweet, it’s served by itself or with cheese and is a must buy at Easter as part of tradition. The point I’m making is that if I as a British Jamaican went into this outlet I would expect it to be Caribbean, with a Caribbean menu selling Caribbean food and on the menu. I would expect to be able to buy Bun and cheese and various Pattie’s and other Caribbean foods, but definitely not burgers. But when you actually read the English definition-of Patty and Bun it’s clearly not my description. So this review is just to warn Caribbean’s not to expect to be able to order my description if you are unfortunate enough to bump into one of these outlets sadly it’s just another burger joint I admit I might be stupid to have been so inquisitive enough to have stopped in the branch on portobello road just to see what the menu was like and to maybe buy a Patty and maybe a Bun or another Caribbean dish but I was faced with the harsh reality that I was wrong. “Oh well” apart from that it’s a nice looking burger joint but not Caribbean.
