Halal Reviews for Nando's Tooting

I'm not regular to Nandos but went yesterday evening with some Football parents, for our boys to enjoy a meal as they don't get to see each other very often due to their own football paths. However the service was top tier from all the staff. We arrived for 5:30pm and didnt leave until almost 9pm and not once did we feel rushed to leave the restaurant depsite it becoming busy. So thanks you to the staff on for making our evening enjoyable. Can't say I've felt comforable to just enjoy the company and food within a restaurant for a good while.

The food was great just as I had remembered, this was my first time back at Nando’s in 5 years or so, the service from the team was above average, amazing, and the food came super quick. My problem is at the end of the meal we asked for takeaway boxes and found them to be sprawling with live ants, it was brought to your attention and new boxes were brought only to find more live ants in these boxes too. I’m sorry this review wasn’t 100% positive but I had to be honest and bring this to someone’s attention. I reiterate everyone working that night was great, I work in the service industry myself and know how hard it can be when problems like this arise, but please be careful especially when takeaways are your predominant source of income.

I visited on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and atmosphere. We were sat quickly and the food came really quickly as well. Special recognition to Armani who was kind, polite and went the extra mile to provide brilliant customer service. I don’t usually visit this Nando’s, but will be coming back regularly as the staff are all so kind!

If you want to have dinner surrounded by some mindless, rude, idiotic workers, come here (Not referring to all, just most)! First of all, to elaborate, I'll be speaking about the food. To be honest, it was fine, but for some reason, I vomited right after. I found a string of hair on my rice, and it had white dust that looked like dandruff. Next, we have the service. No spoons? Check. The manager used some sort of lame excuse, saying, 'Oh, our customers stole the spoons.' I mean, I've heard people say that they ran out, but this? This was on a next level. Furthermore, one worker, I believe it was the manager, accused my brother of stealing a bowl when he literally ordered the ice cream milk IN A BOWL, and we had to show proof. I mean, what an idiot. Imagine accusing a young child, a 10-year-old, of stealing a bowl to get ice cream. Wow. Adding to this, they stated that we didn't order ice cream when the evidence was literally plastered on their faces. And when we went to correct their mistake, they ordered a Coke. A literal CAN OF COKE. The service deserves less than a star, but oh well. Lastly, we have the atmosphere. Hm. They were definitely rude. They were definitely gaslighters. They were definitely lazy. And when we tried to talk to them about the ice cream, one of the workers told us to stop talking, because she was too self-centered to even do her work. So yeah, definitely wouldn't recommend. :) (And by the way, I apologize if this sounds rude to you all, but the truth hurts, and some criticism would DEFINITELY help this Nandos become 5-star worthy (No hate to the boss or whoever runs this Nandos. I just wanted to speak about the employees.))

Nice and cozy place. The best thing I like about this place is the availability of table. I have been to many Nando's in different towns but this one beats the rest in how quick they find you the table. Food is great as always
