⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited this branch, and I have to say — the young lady named Amani (I believe she’s the manager) was absolutely incredible! The restaurant was extremely busy, but she went above and beyond to serve every customer with such energy and kindness. She was literally like Superwoman to the rescue! I’ve never seen such fast and efficient service anywhere. I’m a regular customer here, and I honestly think the credit goes to Amani. I’m giving five stars purely because of her amazing customer service — otherwise, I’d have rated it lower. During my visit, I did notice another staff member (a smaller lady) shouting at colleagues in Urdu, which came across as quite unprofessional. As a customer, it’s not pleasant to hear that kind of tone in the restaurant. I travel from Gatwick and always try to come when Amani is working, because the difference in service is night and day. When she’s on shift, everything runs perfectly — tables are looked after, customers are happy, and the place feels organized. When she’s not around, staff seem distracted, chatting instead of focusing on customers. Amani clearly knows how to lead a team and manage a busy restaurant. She’s the reason I keep coming back. Huge thanks to Amani for her exceptional service — you really make a difference!

I visited on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and atmosphere. We were sat quickly and the food came really quickly as well. Special recognition to Armani who was kind, polite and went the extra mile to provide brilliant customer service. I don’t usually visit this Nando’s, but will be coming back regularly as the staff are all so kind!

Nando's is delicious, no doubt about it. The food is spectacular and the peri peri mayo is superb. The service is a bit slow but the food makes up for it every single time. The spice options means your taste buds can be satisfied. Overall, I love this Nando's and I would recommend it. The entire menu is halal which is awesome.

Who doesn't love a Nandos? Been coming here for years on and off, nothing beats their flame grilled chicken, portions are decent and price is good for a family of four. Just wish the facilities were better, sink was out of order last time I went, ice cream soft serve on the blink and toilets are not always well maintained (taps were fiendishly low pressure hard to wash hands and dryer not working). Also, last time I dined there everyone was coughing seems the ventilation was not working great felt like a slightly acrid burning flavour in the air. Service is also good given officially they don't charge for it. Still number one for chicken though.
