One of the best Nandos! Very attentive and friendly servers!!! Also, clean! The food was very fresh and super quick. Busy but no wait. Split the boneless platter which was ordered hot. But perfect. Had salad, kids nandinos, a salad and a few bottomless drinks. Definitely go to this one if you are wanting some Nandos.

The customer service was ridiculously good with courteous attentive staff, the Manager Nick and a lovely young Indian lady who served us were unbelievably good. A real hidden gem with amazing staff. Well done both you are so so good at looking after your Customers. Both a credit to Nando’s

I ordered a Mediterranean salad and there were way too many olives. I like olives but this was just too much. I ate quite a few olives and still removed atleast 8. I also found spicy rice at the bottom of my salad bowl so that was disappointing

Nando’s is always a favourite, but the South Harrow branch truly stands out as the best of the best! Every visit here is a delight—from the moment you walk in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone. The ambience is cozy yet vibrant, with just the right balance of energy and comfort, making it perfect for both casual meals and special outings. The chicken is consistently cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavour, never burnt or dry like we’ve experienced elsewhere. The peri-peri spice levels are just right, and the sides are always fresh and delicious. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They’re always friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about making your dining experience enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you feel looked after, not just served.

We visited Nando's today and arrived close to closing time, but the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. A special mention goes to the young gentleman at the till (he is tall, fair skinned and slim) who went above and beyond—he truly deserves a bonus for his exceptional service! All the staff were amazing and so helpful throughout our visit. The manager also took the time to ensure everything was perfect before we left, which added a personal touch to the experience.As we were leaving, a team member gave my daughter a dessert, which absolutely made her day! It’s the little things like this that make us feel so welcome. Fantastic service and a warm atmosphere—highly recommend
