Nando's Park Royal

Food was great and the service by the staff was excellent. Only negative was they sat a loud group next to us which made the atmosphere and conversation impossible

Me and my friend visited Nando’s recently and were served by a young waiter named Adam. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job and makes customers feel so welcome. Adam definitely did that. His positive attitude really added to our experience, and we left very happy. Highly recommend Nando’s for the great food, but even more so for the amazing service from Adam!

Nando's food consistency, as expected. In a large retail park with lot's of other food outlets and large car park. So the surrounding is mainly concrete and cars. Atmosphere tended to have more noises of children, perhaps due to school holidays. Ordering via code on table or counter and as usual once ordered food arrives fast. We were able to chat for about 3 hours without being asked for the table back and car parking is good for 5 hours (at the time of writing).
