Restaurant wasn't clean. There were empty tables yet it took ages for them to get us seated. Most of the food on the menu wasn't available. Not a good experience!

Ordered quarter chicken on 16.10.2025 and got a piece of chicken size of my finger and when I spoken with the manager about it she said it is what it is. I put the picture here and leave you to judge.

I’ve always had great experiences with Sher and Rickel—fantastic service every time. I’ve consistently ordered for collection without any issues, and it’s always been a pleasure when either Sher, Rickel, or the manager with the moustache is on duty. ( never caught his name) However, my recent visit 31st October 2024 have been less positive, particularly when a specific staff member is working. I believe I previously assumed she no longer worked there as my experience improved when she was absent, and I started coming in daily. Unfortunately, her return has noticeably affected the quality of both service and food. I live within the local area. Today, my food was again undercooked, and I’ve attached photos for reference. Additionally, her manner towards customers is often rude and dismissive, which takes away from the generally high standard I associate with your establishment. Please feel free to check your transaction history or review security footage from my last visit for context. I appreciate your attention to this matter and am hopeful that it can be resolved to restore the excellent experience I’ve come to expect at your establishment.
