First time visiting this chain in London. My 16 year old son have been craving it since he came across it on YouTube. Tons of seating areas including a whole underground floor. You have to be waited to be seated but we had no issue at prime dinner time. Atmosphere is of a causal restaurant. Menu is accessible via a QR code and you can order the mean for the table and pay for it via the website on your mobile. Food is then delivered to your table. I got the 1/4 chicken with side of broccoli and peas and an extra side of their chips. I was told that we can order the 1/4 chicken in thing or breast but the app did not have an option for it. The head waiter said he can verbally ask the kitchen to do a breast for me but at the end I got a thigh. I didn’t want to make a fuss and wait for a breast so I ate the 1/4 chicken thigh that was super small. I highly urge anyone considering this to get 1/2 chicken. The peas was nothing to write home about and I would avoid next time. I also got the broccolini which were delish. The chips were different and nothing special and I am glad I got a small size as it was enough for the 3 of us to try. My wife got the Caesar salad with chicken breast. I don’t thrill she was very happy with it and it didn’t look particularly appetizing. My son was happy with his double breast meal. We all agreed that the best tasting item was the halloumi cheese appetizer. I would give this place a solid 3. Although my son thought it was a 4 and we just didn’t order the right stuff ;)

Shows as "Open" on Google Maps but the store is actually closed for refurbishment. We travelled a long way in heavy rain specifically to Nando's High Street Kensington (the halal branch), only to find construction barriers and no prior online notice. This ruined our plans and wasted time and money. Please mark the site as Temporarily closed, clearly list nearby alternatives, and share a reopening date. Very poor, irresponsible management.

I went to Nando’s to order/ take away . The place was very organised & menu is easy to read and find what you fancy Straight to the till , welcomed by lovely member of the staff ordered our food , swiped my Nando card for points , paid and sat on a small waiting area which has wooden stools to sit on and wait for ur order Restaurant is on the main road , you need to find parking on the streets near by , has a large seating area Less than 25 minutes and order was ready , the lady brought our food , explained each box and made sure I am happy then offered me sauces like ketchup , mayo etc . She was generous & polite Food was delicious & fresh , we really enjoyed it

My partner and I visited Nando's on Kensington High Street recently and it was a typical Nando's experience in many ways, but with a few distinguishing factors. One thing you can almost always count on with Nando's is the food, and this branch is no exception. My butterfly chicken with Peri-Salted fries and macho peas was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the Peri-Peri spice level was just right for me. My partner's Sunset Burger was also a hit. We've been to many Nando's locations and this one consistently delivers on the quality of its food, which is a big plus. However, a word of caution for anyone planning to visit: this place is almost always packed. We arrived around 7 PM and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. The atmosphere is bustling and lively, which is great, but it does mean the staff seem a bit stretched. While they were friendly and polite when they served us, it was clear they were working flat out to keep up with the constant stream of customers. Getting their attention for a refill or to ask for an extra sauce took a little longer than usual. It's a testament to the restaurant's popularity, but it does slightly impact the service speed. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable, tasty Peri-Peri fix in Kensington, this Nando's is a great choice. The food truly doesn't disappoint. Just be prepared for a busy, high-energy environment and a potentially short wait for a table and for service.

This is a favorite Nando's location for my family in London, as they offer halal chicken. While it can be busy, the staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly, especially with children and toddlers. The service is efficient, and they consistently check to ensure everything is satisfactory. It's always a pleasant experience, and their menu frequently features new items to explore. However, Nando's, in general, seems to be becoming somewhat expensive. Overall, the restaurant's atmosphere is agreeable, although I sometimes find it a bit dark, and the music can be quite loud. Aside from those minor points, it is a clean and convenient establishment.
