This Nando’s is great! The staff are always very friendly and have cheerful smiles, which is nice to see. It’s a good-sized space with well-spaced tables, making it feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of both Finsbury Park Station and Crouch Hill Station. The toilets are on the lower ground floor. For those who haven’t been to Nando’s before, you’re given a table number and can either scan the QR code to order or place your order at the till. There’s a self-service area where you can grab your cutlery, sauces, and wash your hands — I wish more places had this, as it’s great for hygiene. There’s also a water and ice machine, which is super handy. The last time I went, I ordered the extra hot chicken thighs and chicken wings. The thighs were succulent and full of flavour, and the wings were really nice too — I just wish they were slightly bigger! Hopefully, they’ll introduce large double-jointed wings at some point. Nevertheless, everything tasted great. The vibe is lovely, with upbeat Latin-style music and Spanish songs that create a fun and lively atmosphere. The seats are comfortable, and it’s a great spot for kids too — the children’s menu is reasonably priced and offers good variety. Highly recommend visiting!

I was here yesterday as I won a generous Chicken Platter from Nando's. The manager promised to look after us and they did! They were so precautious with my brother's dairy allergy - even serving the coleslaw on a separate dish. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious as always. Thank you to everyone!

I’ve been to more Nando’s branches than I care to admit. The food is of course usually standard across the board. The vibes and staff in this branch however is second to none. A very friendly team indeed. Would highly recommend!

This Nando's service was very below par, while we was waiting to order our food the manager and her colleague suddenly abandon us and went to clear a table. The actions was very rude and they was laughing and joking as if they was mocking us while we was waiting. Finally our order was taken, we was a large group, they served me chicken that was just about fully cooked, I sent this back so it could be cooked correctly. This was still returned to me after a few minutes and was as before. I spoke to the next shift manager who had just started and told him about the situation and he didn't care and fobbed me off with i will speak her about it. I didn't even get an apology . The customer service today was disgraceful, I now have indigestion problems and feel really uncomfortable If i could give zero stars i would
