Cafe17 Walthamstow

Ideally I would have loved to give it 0 stars. Went on day of opening. There was a queue outside. We waited over an hour. When we eventually got in, we saw the menu being very simple, no variety of the fusion they talked about on website. The couple who was there way before we came were still sitting there waiting for their order. Considering it was the first day, they should have been efficient and more prepared for the expectation of queues and waiting time. Very let down. We left after looking at the ill prepared menu and went straight for lunch elsewhere, even though we went there for brunch but wasted over an hour waiting. Don't think I'll go there anytime soon until they change the work ethic there. Sorry but big hype for nothing.
