Holy Smokes BBQ Bow

Great food to be had here. Whilst other reviews have said it's pricey for a takeaway joint, I think they are looking at it from the wrong perspective. From the quality of food and portion size aspect, it's definitely good value in my opinion. The time it takes this guy to perfect his craft is priceless, and I believe Tiberius has perfected it. The meat literally melts in the mouth, and the flavours are spot on. The only thing I'd change is to have a little more of the special coffee sauce with my rib because that stuff was epic. My wife loved the brisket burger, and we both couldn't get enough of the loaded fries which we shared (and still couldn't finish in one sitting) If you're a meat lover looking for your smokehouse fix, give this place a go and you won't regret it.

Ordered The Brisket & Fries as I’ve wanted to try Barbecue for a while now. The Meat was very tender, you could definitely taste the smokiness but other than that there was no other pronounced flavours. The meat itself tasted bland in my opinion and the dry rub was just pure pepper, no other form of seasoning or flavour. The Chicken fries were top notch, crispy, salty and tasty. I’d say the pricing in quite steep, but if you want to try barbecue give it a go.

Get the brisket burger. It's amazing and so tender. If they tell you it's a 25-30 minute wait, it's worth it as it going to be fresh. Their Mac and cheese was good but for the size it was a bit expensive. The loaded fries were nice. The brisket ribs were so good, just a bit too much pepper for my taste but would buy again.
