Deffo will be back for that a burg not to be missed. The venue was nice and cosy and perfect dinning settings. I was surprised by how warm it was inside there loved it!. Most venues I been to recently have been cold inside so this was noticeable easy. The hospitality I received while I was here was superb was greeted and seated and given a good run down of the menu. Beef Nuggets Now I was expecting pulled beef but I received a melting piece of steak covered in breading which was 😋😋😋 Some pieces were tough on the corners but the middle was soft. Jerk Wings Wow this were delicious full of flavour fully cooked and moist the sauce drizzle with it gave it a nice hint too. Garlic Prawns These were fresh meaty and the garlic butter infusion was strong but what you would expect 😍. The American The smash patty inside this was a little thick but went well with the red cabbage and cheese the burger was biteable abit messy but the good come messy. The Mess Wow what a burg full of flavour the brisket jhezeeee my mouth watering now 😋😋😋😋 this is the highlight burg at this joint you have to buy copping this one!. Handcut Chips These were perfect size ratio how I like my chips if I were to have them I enjoyed the sauces that accompanied them too. Was so excited when this opened up in Hackney as it’s much closer than Barking. The place is done up nicely and a great atmosphere. Love the food here, can never fault it. I always go for the brisket burger, it so juicy and tasty. The steak here is really good as well.

Came here with high hopes after the glowing reviews of barking branch, Potato skins starter over cooked nothing special, steak was not cooked to a medium had to ask for it to be cooked more resulting in a dryer but medium finish. Chimichuri sauce and sauces here aren’t up to scratch. Mac n cheese like it was an instant sachet type not proper mac pasta or cheese sauce. Lovely mojito. Service was terribly lacking. Few times had to get up to pry her away from her deep conversation with the chef. 22/12/21
