Horrendous service, took a £1k reservation fee on a flat - stopped answering calls straight after, flat was then unavailable and reservation fee wasn't returned. Had to go instruct property ombudsmen to try and get money back. Yasmin is exceptionally rude, and Jamal a blatant liar. Will never work with this company again, and I urge others not to either.

Unfortunately my experience with Amaya Mayfair, especially with Jamal Nasri has been a disaster. They failed on having ready my flat when they promised, I spent an entire week chasing him as he was not answering calls or emails to get an explanation on what was going on. Finally I got my flat however, even though Jamal agreed on making a refund for the week delay, he is again not answering my calls and there is no refund made. I am surprised how unprofessional he is.

Excellent agency with friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find an excellent place to live. If you are looking to rent or buy I would suggest you check out Amaya first.
