Haidilao at The O2

Haidilao never disappoints. The service was exceptional from start to finish — the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Little details like free snacks, phone screen wipes, and hair ties really make a difference and show how much they care about the customer experience. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the beef, seafood, and handmade noodles. Watching the noodle dance was a fun bonus and made the meal even more memorable. The soup bases were rich and flavourful, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it’s more than just hot pot — it’s an experience. Great place for friends or family, and definitely worth the wait. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at this hotpot restaurant in London. Our server, Sun, was absolutely wonderful — incredibly attentive, warm, and always greeting us with a genuine smile. She brought us snacks and ginger tea, helped us with the soup, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her hospitality truly made our dining experience exceptional.
