Had never eaten hotpot, and I did and now I’m spoiled for life. Firstly we would advise prebooking your seat. We arrived on time and you have 90 mins to eat once you sit in. The servers are extremely kind and helpful, and you get personalized service on every seat. They helped us order and choose toppings (which are unlimited after you pay for it). The hotpot itself is absolutely delicious and mouthwatering, we ordered many vegetarian toppings and ate until our stomachs had expanded into our pelvis! I cannot explain how good the food and service was. You can also get fruits at self service station with some milk dessert. After the meal you can ask for takeaway boxes and take if you want to carry any food back, and you also get refreshing mints and toothpicks. The food is pricey but worth the experience, and we are spoilt for life. Will definitely visit again, multiple times. Also great staff and service, along with ambience (enjoyed the KPDH soundtrack)

It was my very first time at a hot pot place and therefore is important to take my review with a pinch of salt. Nevertheless, I loved it and been a couple of times already! I really enjoy the whole concept. We went with 4 different options of hotpot and they were all very nice and unique. We order the noodles with the show which was really cool and I really like the sauce bar where you can just create your own unique sauce to enjoy your veg and meat. We didn't have a reservation and it was 4 of us. whilst we wait upstairs for about 15 min they gave us some prawn crackers which I thought it was very nice! highly recommend. Very good value for Money!

We had such a great time dining at Haidilao in Chinatown, London. The service was excellent — staff were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From the moment we sat down, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. We especially loved the spicy and sour prawn hotpot. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had just the right level of heat balanced with a tangy kick. It paired perfectly with the fresh seafood, vegetables, and thinly sliced meats we ordered. The ingredients were clearly high quality and everything was served quickly and neatly. One of the highlights for us was the dessert — the steamed buns dipped in condensed milk. They were soft on the outside, warm and fluffy inside, and the sweet milk dip made it absolutely addictive. We almost ordered a second round! The sauce bar was also impressive with a wide variety of choices to mix and match. Overall, the whole experience was fun, cozy, and totally satisfying. Yes, the prices are a bit higher, but considering the food, service, and overall vibe, we felt it was worth every penny. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hotpot!

Easily the best hotpot I’ve had in London. A regular favourite, I return at least once or twice a month. The sukiyaki broth is my go-to base, rich and balanced. The New Zealand lamb shoulder, Haidilao-style beef, and prawn paste form a standout trifecta: consistently fresh, tender and full of flavor. Service is equally impressive. The staff are consistently attentive, and Happy (the manager) is always a delight (warm, efficient, and quick to accommodate any request.) A top-tier dining experience that remains surprisingly affordable, given the quality of their servings. A must-visit for those seeking a satisfying, high-quality meal that doesn’t break the bank!

Really like this restaurant. Firstly let's get the obvious out of the way. The food is excellent. Not cheap but excellent. You order your soup base or bases and the food you want to cook at you table boiler and off you go. Add in the complimentary sauces and off you go. Super well located off Piccadilly Circus this restaurant is always busy so book early or be prepared to wait. Personally I like the waulit, free sweets, popcorn and crisps and a bespoke tea bar. Sit back in the comfy chairs and watch the massive tv. I enjoy it. Then go downstairs to the massive restaurant. Comfortable well designed eating spaces that feel private but still enable you to partake in the many crazy performances that go on whilst eating the finest hotpot around. Expensive yes. Worth the cost, definitely.
