Good hot pot which is quite comparable to good hot pot places in Asia. Even if you book a table for a specific time slot you may neee to wait in the entrance for 5-15 mins since the place is always packed. The selection of broths is good. Tom yum was pretty good even though not classic. The mushroom broth was underwhelming and not as rich. The sichuan broth was way too spicy for me. Guizhou broth was a bit inconclusive - tasted the best among four initially but I started getting some aftertaste after a whole. In terms of the meat, it definitely doesn’t matter whether you get a more expensive premium cut vs something more basic - it tastes more or less the same after being boiled and when you add all the sauces. The plum juice was nice. Instant noodles were really bad and had some weird aftertaste. The Huoguo noodles tasted well though! Overall a nice activity. Don’t expect extra mind blowing flavours but it’s nice to have a meal there once in a long while

Had never eaten hotpot, and I did and now I’m spoiled for life. Firstly we would advise prebooking your seat. We arrived on time and you have 90 mins to eat once you sit in. The servers are extremely kind and helpful, and you get personalized service on every seat. They helped us order and choose toppings (which are unlimited after you pay for it). The hotpot itself is absolutely delicious and mouthwatering, we ordered many vegetarian toppings and ate until our stomachs had expanded into our pelvis! I cannot explain how good the food and service was. You can also get fruits at self service station with some milk dessert. After the meal you can ask for takeaway boxes and take if you want to carry any food back, and you also get refreshing mints and toothpicks. The food is pricey but worth the experience, and we are spoilt for life. Will definitely visit again, multiple times. Also great staff and service, along with ambience (enjoyed the KPDH soundtrack)

Second time been there.Booking at 6pm for 8 people. Sitting down on time, choosing from the menu and everything has came take around 30 minutes. Start, the dinner at around 6:30pm. We have ordered 40 dishes. Service was good, however, around 7 @they need the table back at 19:40pm. My son wanted to add on something but not enough time. They send out the bill.We forced to finish everything. It was not enjoyable at last. Disappointment st last.

We had another wonderful experience at Haidilao. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, but what truly sets this place apart is the service. As soon as we arrived, we were guided to our table, and a very kind waiter immediately offered to place our coats in protective bags so they wouldn’t absorb the cooking aromas. The entire experience felt as if we were dining somewhere in Asia. I would also like to express my gratitude to Xiao Min for providing us with perfect, attentive service for the second time. It truly made our visit special.
