Really good time out, the broths were tasty. Got one spicy, one mushroom and one braised beef. Really recommend the braised beef, it was perfect balance of sweet and salty. Mushroom was also good earthy, but felt it lack compared to the braised beef. We got a bunch of meats, seafood, beef, chicken. The seafood was great, I loved the squid tentacles which were chewy, and also loved the ox tongue. It’s got a chewy texture but I love that and it tasted so good when cooked with the braised beef. The whole read sharing platter was also great and looked amazing. The staff and atmosphere was also good, a lot of birthdays for which they sing to people. We also got the kung fu noodles which come with a dance which was great entertainment Only thing I’d say disappointed is the chicken, put simply wasn’t a fan of the flavour. Also as a warning it’s very easy to lose the food you cook in the hotpot (unless I’m doing it wrong) so be aware of overcooking. Otherwise a very positive experience. The staff were super friendly and would check up on if you need anything without intruding

Went there at new year eve today. The food was good. But the service made it extra ordinary. Yi He was one of the best one there. She took care of us and checking up on us constantly. She was so sweet. I love the atmosphere. It was busy for new year eve. But still got the best service from Yei He.....

The service was very good. Our server YI HE took a very good care of us. She was very attentive and so sweet. She was always refilling the water and checking up on us constantly. And also she gave us a panda it was so cute.

We were a group of four. We had reserved in advance and everything was sorted within just ten minutes of waiting. As it was our first time at Haidilao, the lady who attended to us explained everything very clearly and helped us understand the portions. There was also a lovely staff member, Ye Hi, who made sure everyone was having a great time. She kept refilling our water glasses and was kind enough to treat us to ice cream and fried buns on the house. She even clicked pictures for us. We had a wonderful evening, thanks to the excellent staff and the great ambience.
