Absolutely Perfect! Exceptional Food & Service. Kaji delivered an incredible start to our Saturday night. The vibes were great, the music was fantastic, and the food was outstanding—especially the bread, oysters, lamb chops, sashimi, and chips.
Special five-star praise goes to our front-of-house server / manager, Rachel. When our original mushroom order was taken by another table, she went the extra mile and kindly brought us the sashimi for free to cover the inconvenience. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Kaji! We'll be back.

The food was delicious and surprisingly filling. The lobster was my favourite it was so soft and buttery like a cloud. The milk bread starter was also perfect. The potatoes were a miss but does not take away from the 5* at all, service was great and I felt well attended to. Drinks were also pretty nice

I booked Kaji’s 12-course Chef’s Counter with wine pairing as a birthday gift for my fiancé. The food was outstanding — bold in flavour, beautifully presented, and each dish showed real creativity and finesse. Our server was warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Her pacing and thoughtful descriptions made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. My rating for service is in no way a reflection of her or the chef’s work — they were excellent.

Unfortunately, the evening got off to a disappointing start. We were told on arrival that the wine pairing wasn’t available, with no prior notice or suggested alternative. It felt like a key part of the experience had been dropped. We spent time choosing a bottle of wine from the menu, only to find it wasn’t available either. By then, I was frustrated and let down, which coloured the beginning of the evening.

It was only my fiancé’s calm reassurance that helped me relax and enjoy what should have felt celebratory. While we were offered an apology, a small gesture — like a complimentary glass of fizz — would’ve softened the disappointment. When a venue describes itself in terms of finesse, those finer details matter.

Think it is more based on aesthetics actual food and quality is below average especially for the price . I had raised to the server that the sashimi was not that great , and I was replied back with that’s how it is. I’ve eaten at many top restaurants the service was not great nor the food . I’d not recommend  this to anyone . It’s only good for pictures .

Update * since eating from here I have had loose stools and now vomiting - think I have had food poisoning . I will take a stool sample and report this place . I’m greatly perturbed by the situation.

Me and my Husband decided to visit this restaurant finally after the revamp from Muzu and we were very impressed with the food! Everything was super fresh and packed with delicious flavour. My Waguy was cooked to perfection, made me very happy. The cocktails and wine were to a high standard which is always a must for me personally. Service was also super friendly and timely could not fault anything. The meal was pricey but good value for money as everything was delicious and high standard. Was perfect for a romantic date night. Me and my husband are definitely looking forward to visiting again soon.
