Ice Paradise

Chose/created my own sundae and it didn't disappoint. Clean restaurant friendly staff overall great experience. Just been for my second time and tried the loaded steak burger at 6.50/ 8.50 as a meal. Delicious and perfected 10/10. Tried the wings can't go wrong with wings and Tried more desserts mega pistachio milk cake and dubai cup both outstanding

Literally, we haven't eaten such a delicious food since many years ago, so the cheese burger and the sweets were amazing and we were really enjoyed with both of the presented food and the staff who were quite courteous and dedicated to serve.

Based on our frequent gorgeous experience, I would extremely recommend the ice paradise and their polite diligent staff for each single person and family who want to have eating special and distinctive food, ice cream, and deserts in a creative atmosphere, besides the exceptional customer service.

However, I was a bit let down by the falooda. It was more like ice cream with vermicelli and lacked the traditional falooda sharbat, which is a key ingredient for that authentic flavor.

On a positive note, the ambiance of Ice Paradise is super cute, with a cozy and romantic vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. Another big plus is the option to swap the soft drink in your meal with a milkshake, which I thought was a really nice touch.

Overall, if you’re after a big, juicy halal burger and a fun, cozy atmosphere, Ice Paradise is a great spot to visit. Just be mindful if you’re ordering the falooda, as it may not be what you expect.

Rude customer service ruined our visit. We ordered loaded fries but got plain ones even though we asked for extra sauce. the lady rudely told us to "sauce is on corner of the box." This unprofessional behavior overshadowed the ambiance. EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS !

Had a burger and waffles here and both were nice.
