Ice Paradise

Rude customer service ruined our visit. We ordered loaded fries but got plain ones even though we asked for extra sauce. the lady rudely told us to "sauce is on corner of the box." This unprofessional behavior overshadowed the ambiance. EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS !

“Ice Paradise delivered the biggest and juiciest burger I’ve ever eaten—the Texas Chicken Burger! It was truly the highlight of the meal and absolutely delicious. The burger alone made the visit worth it. The nuggets portion was also impressive and definitely good value for money. However, I was a bit let down by the falooda. It was more like ice cream with vermicelli and lacked the traditional falooda sharbat, which is a key ingredient for that authentic flavor. On a positive note, the ambiance of Ice Paradise is super cute, with a cozy and romantic vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. Another big plus is the option to swap the soft drink in your meal with a milkshake, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall, if you’re after a big, juicy halal burger and a fun, cozy atmosphere, Ice Paradise is a great spot to visit. Just be mindful if you’re ordering the falooda, as it may not be what you expect.

I ordered myself a strawberry and vanilla falooda when it was ready I was ready to eat it then there was mostly sivia and there was barely any milk and ice cream and I felt disappointed it was one of the most worst falooda I've ever tasted I thought it would be like moonlight from Wimslow road but it's not the same
