Came here with a friend after seeing it on tiktok. We ordered the mixed mezze breakfast a kibbeh and shakshuka. We asked for a certain juice they were unable to make it for us as the person who make it isn’t there yet. The customer service was very poor, unfortunately with a lot of language barrier. Asking for plates was difficult. After having our food served to us we noticed that what we ordered there was so many things missing like the baba ganoush, falafels. I tried to get someone’s attention for at least 8 minutes ( we were the only customers) but despite there being 3 staff members I couldn’t get a hold of anyone they were to busy babysitting kids. After I got up to tell them they began discussing in their own language it was clear they knew so many things were missing and they didn’t feel it was necessary to tell us. I said they should of mentioned this before ordering and they did apologise. Someone did end up making falafels for us and filled vine leaves but they were of poor quality. We basically filled ourselves on bread (that was not fresh ) and hummous and dips. The shakshuka was not a typical one no tomatoes and uncooked onions and to top it all off they made us pay full price for food we didn’t get !!! we were there for 3 hours and all the sweets were out open uncovered and no one came in while we were there I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Extremely Disappointed – Not Reliable at All I’m very disappointed with Emesa Suites. According to their website, they open at 8:00 AM, so I planned my morning accordingly. I even took a break from work just to have breakfast there, expecting a smooth and timely experience. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, the place was still completely closed !!! We called multiple times, and no one answered. No sign on the door, no update on their website or social media—nothing. If you advertise your hours, stick to them. People make plans and change their schedules based on that. This was not just inconvenient, it was unprofessional. If you're not open when you say you are, how can anyone rely on your service? Very disappointing and definitely not the kind of place I’d recommend for anyone looking for a dependable breakfast spot.

came here after I saw it on tik tok. Ordered the Arab breakfast and it was £20. Not worth the price at all! Left still feeling hungry. Got some eggs, beans and then a couple of dips. Family next to us saw us and even said it looks like you're eating just salad. So I was very disappointed, was expecting at least a little more for the price.

Their fruit salad is excellent. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

One of the best Arabic food spots , ( coming from a non Arab so I feel I'm fair in ratings) friendly staff and really impressive portions for what I tried can't wait to try more stuff Insha Allah
