Super busy on a Saturday evening, but they found us a table outside, fortunately weather was ok. Staff under pressure, they do their best under difficult conditions. Lemonade drink was nice. Burgers turned up in good time. The chips were on slightly on the limp side, first bite of the burger and it was a thumbs up, the Mayo concoction did take it up a notch. The burger was a "special edition". A few more mouthfuls of the burger and the "mayo" was a bit overwhelming. If there is a next time, will try one of the standard bugers. The price was good compared to what pubs charge for a burger. Overall a good experience. Go give it a try.

I had an excellent experience at this Honest Burgers restaurant! The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Javier , Ms. Anna , and Mr. Matias, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding service throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious – the Tribute burgers and halloumi were fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Everything tasted so fresh and high quality. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm, vibrant, and very inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The combination of amazing food, great service, and a lovely environment truly made our visit special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and fantastic service!

We stopped by Honest Burgers South Bank and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was incredible — quick, attentive, and very friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and really added to the whole atmosphere of the evening. We started with a mint lemonade, and it was just great — refreshing, perfectly balanced, and the kind of drink you’d happily order again. Then came the wings, which were crispy, tender, and paired with sauces that took them to another level. Every bite had that perfect balance of flavor and spice. Of course, the highlight was the burgers. They were cooked very nicely — juicy, flavorful, and exactly how a proper burger should be. The signature potatoes on the side were simply delicious, golden and crispy, the perfect match to the burgers. Altogether, the meal felt spot on: simple dishes, done perfectly. Overall, Honest Burgers South Bank delivered both on food and on service. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so well — the atmosphere, the flavors, and the people. Without a doubt, it’s a spot I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting London.

Ate here after work last week. Have eaten at various Honest Burger branches, and generally always have a good experience. The food here was great, as usual. Asked for the burger medium rare, and it came medium rare! 🎉 Food came out quickly, but the service was a bit frosty. I appreciate they were busy, but in other branches, the service has always been very friendly - which made this one stand out. Sat outside which was lovely in the sun, but a little bit cramped.

So many gluten free options. The GF bun was actually good. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies, and the food was fantastic. Dedicated frier with onion rings, fries, tenders, and wings!
