Steakout in Slough is a lively spot with a warm and modern ambience, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome. Service was attentive throughout, and a big thank you to Yasar for looking after us so well. We started our meal with the Spicy Lamb Chops, which came nicely grilled and coated in Steakout’s signature spices. They had a good kick of flavour and were well-marinated, though they could have been a little softer to bring out that extra juiciness. Still, they were tasty and set the tone for the meal. Next came the Dynamite Prawns. These were large tempura-fried prawns served with sriracha mayonnaise. The batter was crisp and light, and the prawns themselves were fresh and meaty. While the dish could have used a bit more heat, the balance between the creamy mayo and the crunchy coating made it enjoyable. We then had the Roulette of Chicken Wings, a fun dish with wings tossed in a mix of sauces. Each flavour brought something different to the table, but the buffalo stood out the most. It had the right balance of tang and spice, giving that satisfying kick without overpowering the meat. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, making them an easy favourite. Moving to the mains, the Philly Cheese Sandwich was hearty and satisfying. It featured tender strips of steak meat grilled with seasoned onions and peppers, topped with melted cheese in a soft roll. The combination of textures and flavours worked well, with the cheese adding richness to every bite. The Angus Cheese Burger followed, featuring a smoked Angus beef patty topped with American and Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, and Steakout’s homemade sauce. The burger had good flavour and melted cheese throughout, though it could have been a touch juicier. Still, it was well presented and enjoyable. The Fillet Steak was the star of the mains. This prime cut was tender, buttery, and cooked perfectly to our liking. The charcoal grilling gave it a subtle smoky edge, enhancing its natural flavour. Each bite melted in the mouth, proving why this cut is considered one of the best. The Chicken Steak offered something lighter but equally satisfying. The grilled chicken breast fillet was tender, juicy, and seasoned well. It had plenty of flavour on its own, showing care in how it was marinated and cooked. Then came the Chicken Mushroom Pie, which turned out to be the highlight of the meal. The creamy filling of chicken and sliced mushrooms in a mildly spiced sauce was wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Every bite had layers of texture, from the crisp pastry to the rich, creamy filling inside. The flavours blended beautifully, making it one of those dishes you remember after leaving. To go with the meal, we tried a few refreshing mocktails. The Strawberry Mojito had a nice balance of mint and sweetness, while the Strawberry Daiquiri was fruity and smooth. The Mango Mojito added a tropical touch, bright and refreshing between bites of the heavier dishes. We ended with their famous Milkshakes, which are a must-try. Thick, creamy, and indulgent, they were the perfect way to finish off the meal. Overall, Steakout Slough delivered a great dining experience with solid dishes, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a good choice for those who enjoy hearty grills, juicy steaks, and flavour-packed comfort food. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, it’s a spot worth returning to. If you go, make sure to try the Chicken Mushroom Pie and Fillet Steak, enjoy a mocktail or two, and leave room for their milkshakes. A well-run restaurant with a welcoming team and consistent quality, Steakout Slough is definitely worth a visit. A big thank you to Yasar and the Steakout team for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere.

The best part was just the Steak piece!! Def go for it! Good , flavour full , cooked to perfection! Sauces : Disappointing Mushroom Sauce 👎👎👎👎👎 ( cream + mushroom ) Pepper Sauce 👎👎👎👎👎 Ordered: Philly steak and meal deal. This was around 4pm so they ran out of rice but was told compensating with fried and veggies. Not sure of the actual portion but was happy with what was served. The veggies are boiled and placed than sizzled and without any seasoning ( salt) Bill amount : £47 odd! Service : Jas was good! Patient and cordial. Appreciate his service!

Seeing all the high reviews, we thought we would do a family evening out. Let’s start with the pro: the waiter was VERY friendly and helpful. Sadly that’s where the pros end. - I ordered a large fillet migon, a small cheesesteak and a children’s menu of chick strips. Sides were sweetcorn, coleslaw, garlic bread and mac and cheese - the chicken strips and the corn were forgotten, and only arrived after we finished eating - the “fillet” was either not a fillet, or one of the worst butchered fillets I’ve ever seen. Cut with the grain, and with a flap reminiscent of a sirloin that the butcher couldn’t get off the bone. Further, some fascia and fat running through it. Sadly “blue” wasn’t a word they knew, so had to have it rare - the cheese steak was medium, and the cheese literally two singlets of cheese left ontop unmelted - can’t comment on the chicken as we had finished by the time it arrived - there is a dimension written on one of the mirrors on the wall, the type you put when cutting glass. This indicates that the wall mirror hasn’t been cleaned since being installed (and obviously was covered in dust) - the other mirror, at child height, is all broken, and cracked. Meaning that if you have a child this is a hazard. - the soft play area for kids is full of broken pieces, that have been duct taped shut - for two adults and one toddler, ended up spending £90

I went to Stakeout in Slough with my cousins and ordered five beef steaks. The presentation was really poor — the chips were placed under the rice, making everything soggy. It was the first time I’ve ever been served steak with rice, and unfortunately, the steak wasn’t cooked properly. The garlic sauce was completely watery and had no flavour. Overall, it was a waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their food quality and presentation.
