Why do these reviewers hype up these places so much. I’ve lost respect for most of them now. Went into this place around 2pm, it should not matter if its opening time or peak time, if your shop is open then you should have everything on the menu. No milkshakes, no beef, no gravy, no coleslaw. Chips covered in red sauce and not edible. Burger is nice and spice level is tasty. But the hype is just fake.

Excellent service and food. Always paying attention to order notes and order comes as requested. Would be great to add an option for loaded strips and chips box (all in one container).. it works fabulous for workers. Thank you

I visit Shake Bee often because I love the taste of their burgers. However, I was disappointed with my recent experience. On my first visit, I got a chicken burger meal to go, and when I got home, I realized the chips were missing. I was bummed, but I managed without them. The next day, I went back and decided to mention it to the guy at the counter, who was different from the person the day before. He was taking my order and said, "No worries, I'll give you an extra order of chips." Great, I thought. But then, when he handed me my food, I reminded him about the chips, and he just said, "No, I can't give you any." It's not really about the chips themselves, but about the way he handled it. I would have been fine if he had just said from the start that he couldn't do it. The fact that he promised and then backed out was what was truly disappointing.

Fab, fresh chicken. Not chicken burgers but actual whole fried breasts, great fries too and amazingly cheap. £6.50 for a meal deal, drink included! You could eat in but it's very busy with take away and delivery. We eat it in the car as we travel to come here regularly. Why wouldn't you, if you wanted fresh hot food

Uset to be so good burger was good but wings uset to be amazing now they were like they been sat around then fried i told them they changed them.but came back no different
