AVOID!!! Shake Bee is an absolute disgrace. I travelled from far expecting decent food, and what I got was unacceptable. The chips were stale, dry, and clearly had been sat around for a while. I ordered a “spicy” chicken burger, yet most of it was plain and flavourless, showing zero effort in preparation. The worst part? I bit into a revolting raw section of meat that was purple and pink inside. This is not just sloppy, it’s dangerous. An outrageous level of negligence in meat preparation and a complete collapse of quality control. Serving undercooked chicken is a health hazard and shows total disregard for customer safety. The burger itself was dry, tasteless and nothing like advertised. Shake Bee is a joke of a place, they are careless, unsafe, and utterly incompetent. I will never return and I strongly warn others to stay away unless you want food poisoning.

I visited because of the hype on tiktok. Unfortunately it was just a hype. Ordered smash beef burgers which had smell in it. Barely finished the burgers. Took over 30 minutes to get an eat in order. Staff just advised he is by himself without any courtesy. May be their chicken is better but after today's experience I'm sure I'm not coming back. Seating was quite messy however staff did clean it after 15 minutes.

I really like the shakes and burgers at The Shake Bee! Their burgers are juicy and well-seasoned, the fries are crispy and delicious, and their authentic spicy meyo sauce is a must-try. They also have great wings that fall off the bone. Highly recommend checking them out!

Excellent service and food. Always paying attention to order notes and order comes as requested. Would be great to add an option for loaded strips and chips box (all in one container).. it works fabulous for workers. Thank you

Really impressed with the chicken burger from Shake Bee. Tasted good and was well presented. Regional manager Kay was in and helped with our order. Will eat there again
