Shake Bee

AVOID!!! Shake Bee is an absolute disgrace. I travelled from far expecting decent food, and what I got was unacceptable. The chips were stale, dry, and clearly had been sat around for a while. I ordered a “spicy” chicken burger, yet most of it was plain and flavourless, showing zero effort in preparation. The worst part? I bit into a revolting raw section of meat that was purple and pink inside. This is not just sloppy, it’s dangerous. An outrageous level of negligence in meat preparation and a complete collapse of quality control. Serving undercooked chicken is a health hazard and shows total disregard for customer safety. The burger itself was dry, tasteless and nothing like advertised. Shake Bee is a joke of a place, they are careless, unsafe, and utterly incompetent. I will never return and I strongly warn others to stay away unless you want food poisoning.

Excellent service and food. Always paying attention to order notes and order comes as requested. Would be great to add an option for loaded strips and chips box (all in one container).. it works fabulous for workers. Thank you

Really impressed with the chicken burger from Shake Bee. Tasted good and was well presented. Regional manager Kay was in and helped with our order. Will eat there again
