I recently dined in at Rio’s Gourmet Grill and had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team ensured everything was to my satisfaction. The highlight of my visit was the dessert—it was exactly what I needed to end the meal on a perfect note. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Rio’s to anyone looking for great food and gracious hospitality.

So I ordered some cookie dough with the ice cream that it come with and we got the ice cream container with a big crack in it. and then the cookie dough was fully burnt at the bottom and was completely stuck to the paper. we could barely get anything out of it and it was not worth the money.

Burnt cookie dough and flavourless fudge cake! Definitely not what you’d expect when wanting something sweet! Managed to take a pic of a bit the cookie dough before throwing it.

Did not want to explain why I have a 2 star review. However considering you claim my review was harsh. I will explain why me and my mother both ate the ice cream and are now vomiting from the mouth to the bottom. Because it has given us food poisoning and I have not asked for a refund given I had such good experiences before however considering now myself and my mother are both ill because of the ice cream I thought it was an adequate rating I could of been harsher and gave you a 1 star rating but because of past experiences being good I thought I better not. However given your reply to my review it has given me further bad experiences of your business

My order is completely wrong everything from the burger to the chips to the burrito. Well sent a wrap sent wrong burger and didn't put peri salt on chips. Absolutely piss take
