I ordered from this restaurant through Deliveroo and had a terrible experience. I specifically requested well-done chicken, but what I received was clearly undercooked — pink, chewy, and unsafe to eat. I contacted Deliveroo immediately, submitted five photos showing the issue, and even explained that the texture (chewy and raw inside) cannot always be shown in a photo. Yet both Deliveroo and the restaurant completely refused to take responsibility or offer any help — not even to collect or replace the unsafe meal. I’m honestly shocked that food in this condition could be sent out to a customer. It’s not only disappointing — it’s a serious food safety concern. I would never order from here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values hygiene or proper cooking standards.
