Rio's Gourmet Grill

I came with my family for a meal and when we were handed the menu it didn’t have any prices on, they were all covered up with black tape as apparently the prices had gone up and they were waiting for new up to date ones, we had to wait about 20 mins for the meal which was ok and the waiter was very accommodating with any changes to our individual meals but when we’d finished we were told that the card machine was broken and we would have to pay by cash which I didn’t have so my daughter had to go to the cash machine which was only a few doors away which wasn’t a problem I just think I should have been told before we ordered. I wasn’t given a receipt either it was just added up on the till so I don’t know if my bill was correct as I didn’t know any of the prices. I left not a happy customer and won’t be going there again

Have a ordered a few times in the past and think their food is good. However, had to wait over 1.5 hours for an order that should have taken between 30 to 40mins. So finally had to cancel! Seems like a downward trend in ratings lately. Maybe consider to take on orders you can actually deliver on time and of quality.
