Visited Insomnia Cookies after a long and stressful night of trying to get home during the bus strikes - staff on shift were Ty and Shery and they made our night. They were so friendly and when one of them overheard my partner ask me if I remembered to ask for student discount (I forgot), they offered to give us extra cookies to make up for the discount that was missed off our order (although I'm sure they would've been thrown out at the end of the night anyway, but it was still lovely of them). We had never been to Insomnia Cookies before but will definitely be returning.

Don't usually leave reviews but I called in for some cookies earlier this evening and was left seriously impressed they are the best cookies I've ever had and there's a huge variety of cookies and sizes you can get. Lucas was exemplary with his customer service approach; his mannerisms were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He gave me some solid recommendations on cookies to buy which as already stated we're delicious. It's rare to come across someone so genuine and committed in customer service jobs and would definitely come back because of him.

Very helpful staff, an amazing range of cookies, thst come stright out of the oven, milkshakes are 10/10 and overall a cool franchise, highly recommended
