⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Warm cookies and even warmer service!” Stopped into Insomnia Cookies on a cold night and was served by Richie, who was absolutely lovely. He was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit feel really nice. The cookies were fresh, warm, and exactly what I needed. Great service and great treats — I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped by for a late-night treat and Richie made the whole experience genuinely delightful. He was warm, friendly, and greeted me with such positive energy that it instantly brightened my night. Richie made great recommendations, helped me pick out the perfect cookies, and made sure everything was fresh and just the way I wanted. You can really tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. If you’re visiting Insomnia Cookies, I highly recommend hoping you get served by Richie — he turns a simple cookie run into a genuinely lovely experience.

Don't usually leave reviews but I called in for some cookies earlier this evening and was left seriously impressed they are the best cookies I've ever had and there's a huge variety of cookies and sizes you can get. Lucas was exemplary with his customer service approach; his mannerisms were polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He gave me some solid recommendations on cookies to buy which as already stated we're delicious. It's rare to come across someone so genuine and committed in customer service jobs and would definitely come back because of him.
