Pitmaster is a must when visiting Manchester.

The brisket ribs are succulent soft and tender and fall off the bone.

We also got the brisket loaded fries in the bbq smokehouse flavour. It hit the spot and was a must. Next time I would just share a rib and get the loaded fries to share also as the portions are hefty.

Service was good and the condiments to go with were amazing.

Would recommend if you are in Manchester if not get down to Manchester and try anyway.

Visited this place, was relatively quite when we came in. Ordered briskets with fries, brisket on its own and a few burgers.. straight away after the first bite i found the brisket so dry.. it was either old brisket or the quality of meat was not good.. didn’t enjoy it at all.. left the burgers as the brisket put us off.. standards have definitely drop drastically. A place i once recommended to many would tell them to avoid until food quality is addressed.

Had an amazing BBQ experience at this spot! The short ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, smoky, and packed with flavor — easily some of the best I’ve had. The loaded fries were the perfect side: crispy, cheesy, and topped with just the right amount of sauce. The staff were welcoming and made the whole visit even better. If you love BBQ, this place is a must-try!

They seriously know what they’re doing — the loaded fries and brisket are very good - some of the best I’ve ever had. Good vibes, plenty of seating, and really friendly service. They even threw in some extra fries on the house, which was such a nice touch. And trust me, you have to get a cookie — it’s good.

Really lovely visit! Waiter was very helpful, patient and polite! Should be made clear there a two menus therefore you will order and pay for the “separate menus” that also includes x2 service charge.
We ordered grilled seafood added on lobster tail. Unfortunately, our seafood did not come out piping hot so when he did eat it,  after trying our other meal it was luke warm, the sauces had solidified (wasn’t nice to dip in) and overall the dish lacked distinctive flavour. We would have appreciated the calamari cut rather than come whole. Lobster tail was ever so slightly over cooked.

The lamb shank, nann bread and pilau rice was flavourful! Correct amount of heat,herbs and spices. Although, lamb definitely could have been cooked more tender and pilau rice wasn’t how we are used to seeing it..

With that being said great experience and we would visit again, from London!

We came here on Sunday for the first time and wooooow! It was more than I expected,the place looks beautiful,clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful with cutting the crabs for us.The seafood boil presentation was on a 100!The actual seafood boil was so good we couldn't even talk during our meal lol,it was mouth watering!tasted even more delicious than it looked,Junaid was very helpful and friendly.we had a lovely rice pudding for dessert! I highly recommend this place

At this restaurant, you can order both seafood and non-seafood dishes. The service was excellent, and the seafood was very delicious. Personally, I especially enjoyed the red seafood soup. The whole dining experience was pleasant, with friendly and attentive Amna. The portions were quite large — we ended up packing three boxes to take away. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Uzair Couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we had a great experience. We got the seafood boil for 2. When it came out it looked amazing! Tasted just as good and we managed to finish the lot! We will definitely be coming back to try some other dishes they have as there was so much which looked good!

Food and atmosphere was amazing, our waitress Fiza was very friendly and attentive! We got the boil for two and it was a perfect amount, great value too. Would definitely recommend!

Al Taiba Bukhari

The food was really good, especially the chips. The service was also really nice, and also got some free tea since I'm Malaysian. Overall I really recommend this restaurant.

I've been coming to this place for years! They refurbed and it looks really fresh. The food has always been spot on. I always used to get there al fahm, rice and kofta kebab! But recently tried there lamb chops! Game changer!! All halal alhamdulilah and the staff are always very nice each time I visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 – An Amazing Dining Experience at Al Taiba Bukhari!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic meal at Al Taiba Bukhari in Manchester! The food was incredibly delicious & the generous portions made it even better. We ordered:

- 2 Half Chicken Al Fahm with Rice – The grilled chicken was perfectly spiced, tender and full of smoky flavor. The rice was fragrant and complemented the dish wonderfully.
- 1 Half Roast Chicken with Rice – Juicy, well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The rice was fluffy and paired excellently with the chicken.
- 1 Qabily Palau with Rice – A rich and aromatic dish with tender meat and beautifully spiced rice—definitely a must-try!
- 3 Sets of Onion Rings – Crispy, golden and so addictive! A great side to balance the meal.

As Malaysians, we also appreciated the complimentary drinks (water, tea or soft drinks)—a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The value for money is outstanding, considering the quality and quantity of the food.

Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Middle Eastern cuisine in Manchester. We will definitely be back! 9/10!

The food is spot on. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially if you have any issues with the food or not satisfied with a certain things. They make sure you don’t leave until you’re happy.

Highly recommend giving them a visit and you will not regret. Worth trying

Al tayyba had very good food, good portion of both dishes which were Qabily palau and kofta kebab on rice. The price was good as well compared to the quantity of food we were given. Ambiance of restaurant was also excellent.

We ordered three meals and honestly the food was a complete let-down. Everything was overcooked, and the donner meat was so hard it was difficult to even chew. We specifically ordered mixed donner and chips, but there was no mixed donner at all – just tough lamb donner and some random, unknown bits that looked like pieces of batter.

For the price we paid, we expected proper, fresh food, not something that felt like it had been sitting around for ages. Really disappointing and definitely not ordering from here again unless the quality improves.

The potato wedges were absolutely amazing—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! The pizza was decent, though it didn’t quite wow me.

Unfortunately, the experience was dampened by the fact that the restaurant’s door wouldn’t close properly, letting in a constant stream of cold air. It made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable, which was a shame because the food had so much potential.

A little fix on the door would make a big difference in creating a cozy and enjoyable dining experience!

This branch seems to think it’s acceptable to send overcooked/burnt food to customers & sent wrong items via deliveroo. Absolutely avoid this place like the plague…

I entered and the shop was deserted, no one was in there and it took them atleast 10 mins to take my order even tho couple of the employees saw me waiting multiple times. When they came to take my order they started arguing in their own language about something and i watched it as i was standing there awkwardly.

The tables weren't clean and when i asked the employee for more napkins to clean the table myself he said "napkins inside bag".

The food took ages to arrive - i ordered chips and strips which was under average imo. Can't understand why places like this even exist!

I ordered 4 chicken strips with spicy fries, but when I got home and opened the box there were only 3 strips

Go Falafel - Rusholme

Love it here I come all the time.
I recommend the falafel wrap (comes with fresh fried falafel, warm bread, houmous, tahini, chilli, and your choice of cucumber/tomato salad, pickled red cabbage, pickled gherkins, fried potatoes, with extra (£) roasted aubergine, fried halloumi, feta, sundried tomatoes). So a huge variety in a single dish but it’s always high quality.

Also the salad box with falafel, the salads rotate all the time but they are delicious and fresh. This is my favourite dish.

I also recommend paying the extra £3.95 for your choice of juice/smoothie (over 15 options) as an add on to your wrap or salad box, all vegan all good.

They do an NHS discount too.

Been coming here regularly for the past few years.  It is always fresh, delicious food and the one long standing member of staff is such a dude 😎 he is super friendly, remembers his regular customers and doesn't flap when it's really busy

It’s always one my favourite places to go to in Rusholme. Falafels are always freshly made in front of you. Honestly, I’ve tried many restaurants that serve falafel, but Go Falafel is by far the best!

!!! GO FALAFEL IS NO LONGER VEGAN !!!

They are now using coagulated cow udder milk (cow cheese) and have it on display next to the plant based options. They have made no announcements that they are no longer vegan (as this would turn away many of their customers, which they are fully aware of, as they attempted this many years ago with a HUGE backlash, and continued operating fully plant-based..)

But they are now selling cow cheese to try and boost their profits!

I tried talking to them, suggesting they use vegan cheese instead. They either didn't understand English very well, or had their guard up. There is no excuse for animal abuse.

Go Falafel, you should know better.

You've been one of Manchester's hotspots for vegans and those with lactose intolerance for well over a decade. It's like a kick in the teeth that you're advocating animal abuse in your food. Especially by not declaring that you now sell dairy. It's an allergen too, afterall!

The falafel and wraps are great usually, perfect falafel, don't get me wrong. Excellent choice of juices.. But as a loyal customer for many years, this is hugely upsetting and a MASSIVE letdown to the cows who have ensured hell to produce secretions to splatter across your platter.

Go falafel, we urge you to use vegan cheese instead if you want to continue with cheese as an option.

I went here for the first time and tried their salt + pepper fries with chicken. I got to say it was full of flavour and you can really taste the five spice. The chicken was good quality and crispy which you can tell it was freshly made.

The man at the counter was also really helpful and went through the menu which was nice, great service.

I'd recommend this place if you want quick quality food for an evening treat.

Love their wings - the Tuscan ones are creamy and garlicky, and the Salt & Pepper are perfectly crispy. The new Beef Satay Rice is amazing, and you can't go wrong with their cheesy chips.

The Bombay Lamb Doner Chips are my new favourite, so flavourful! And the Oreo/Lotus ice cream sandwich is the perfect way to end your meal.

Really enjoyed this ,I've never had satay before,it's one of those flavour you can get addicted to and you don't want the food to finish, absolutely delicious, the beef was tender too! This tastes even better when you allow it to cool down and the sauce marinate the chips.

Another banger!! Nice and creamy garlicky sauce with parmozan cheese that actually sticks to the wings with amazing flavour. This too also tastes brilliant when allowed to cool down and the sauce thickening marinate the wings

Highly recommend this place !! There not many places like this here in manchester I hope they remain open and add more pan asain food recipe to the menu

This establishment was nice and clean.

Great customer service and food was made very fast and excellent packaging.

Family friendly with plenty of seating approx 16-19 people inside and about 9-10 seats outside

First time coming down with a friend, the atmosphere when I walked in was relaxed & the 2 people interacted with really friendly & welcoming to us. when asked about best recommendation she was really sweet & helpful. The food was amazing the salt & pepper chips are the best I've had perfection 😋

We also was given a complementary ice-cream sandwich which was amazing & delicious, will definitely be coming back to try other menu items.

Amazing food. Excellent staff who have crafted some awesome flavours. Tried just in passing, this is going to be a regular spot. Good luck to the business.

I visited this restaurant this weekend and I have to say I was disappointed.  I have been here before and loved it.  I would normally give them at least 4 stars maybe even 5. This time I have had to reduce to 3 as I feel they need this feedback.   First and foremost when we walked in and waited for a table, the gentlemen who asked us to sit down, didn't so very politely.   I don't think he was meaning to be rude. It's probably his language  barrier.  However, I think  with adequate training,  he should understand how to address people more politely.   After that another person came and took us to our table.  Whilst ordering, I asked him if there is any drinks that are sugar free and he replied ' everything has sugar'. I was disappointed to learn that there isn't 1 drink in the whole restaurant made without added sugar.  Even  though the menu said ' fresh juice'. I enquired about these and he said the same thing. Secondly,  I have had the noodles lots of time and they are really mouth-watering delicious.   I thought I would try the fish and chips.  Bad choice.   The fish was basic and the chips tasted stale. The mushy peas were not nice either and the coleslaw was very sweet. The water who served us was also not very attentive.  He forgot about my water which was not served till all the starters were finished.   They were spicy and I needed a drink.  I have to say though that the starters were lovely.   We had the chicken mince dumplings, the chicken rolls and the chicken wings.  All delicious,  good portions and served with condiments that complimented each dish really well.  I do hope you can sort out your service, drinks and fish and chips main.

The food at this restaurant is genuinely delicious – the kitchen delivers high-quality dishes. Unfortunately, the wait time is far too long. During my visit, one customer left after 25 minutes without receiving their meal. It’s clear that the owner isn’t paying enough attention to the place, which affects the overall quality of service. The restaurant urgently needs an experienced floor manager to bring order. The cleanliness of the restrooms is also disappointing.

It was repeat visit with family after one year but got disappointed more this time. I wish if there was option to give zero stars. Now this restaurant is out of our list forever. Utmost slow motion of staff due lack of staff. After starters were served, slowly slowly rice was served with Manchurian and magnolia beef. But no spoons were served for serving. After some time spoons were served. Beef was chewy , Manchurian was tasteless with full chilles. Asked for drinks because too much spicy. It took 10 minutes to bring soft drinks and terribly they were at room temperature with ice served on glass. What a disaster that soft drinks are warm in 32 c. Anyways half food were served. We were waiting for more food but no way. After we finished they said more food is coming. I asked them to pack because family and guests from USA have finished. Anyways, it was not a good experience. Totally failed. Guests from abroad unhappy, we embarrassed.... I wish owner had interest in his restaurant, seems no interest. We love Chinese food but this restaurant has put off.

This isn't just a plate of noodles; it's a dish crafted with passion and skill. It's clear that the chef puts immense care into every component. Please pass on my sincere thanks and highest compliments to the culinary team. This dish alone is reason enough to recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.

Visited with my son as a distraction from a hospital visit and was very pleasantly surprised with the amazing flavours of the items we ordered. We will definitely order more frequently when in Manchester. Staff were very friendly and accomodating and food was absolutely on point.

We ordered the Manchow soup, Crispy Beef Bau Buns, Chicken and Prawn Hakka noodles, Chicken Chow mein, Bubblegum Mojito, Strawberry Mojito and j2o.

The toilets were very clean and decor was lovely throughout the restaurant. Seating was plentiful and we had a pick of where to be seated. Food was served in good time and tasted amazing. It is child friendly and very clean. Rare to find nice halal chinese places so happy to find this gem of a place!
