Indian spread 😍 from @bindaseatery , a new Indian joint in @westfieldlondon 👌🏼 absolutely loved their starters- would highly recommend the Chaat Ka Chaska sharing platter which came with gol guppa, the most delicious samosa chaat, sweet potato bhel puri & watermelon chaat 🍉 the haddock pakoras with garlic Mayo were also so delicious! 🙌🏻 for mains we loved the paneer malai tikka, Mehak’s ghar ka chicken curry & the daal makhani 🤤 you have to try their avocado raita on the side (the best raita I’ve ever had) 🥑 plus their za’atar paratha & onion pulao on the side tops it all off! 🍚 their chai was on the spicy side for me, but their mocktails were absolutely amazing, especially the rose garden 🌹 for dessert, you HAVE to try their Biscoff chaimisu- it’s not overly sweet & has a delicious yet balanced Biscoff & chai flavour ☕️ #halalfoodlondon #bindaseatery

I attended the Influencer Evening hosted by @bindaseatery to celebrate the @londoneid festival taking place at Westfield this weekend 😍

The mocktails we were greeted with banged - there was a spicy mango one & one of my favourites… rose 🥭🌶🌹 We tried such an interesting twist on your usual Indian dishes- who would have thought watermelon could go in a chaat? 🍉 There was also a banging sweet potato bhel puri for starters👌🏽 

We got to try a tasty lamb curry w/ a lil kick to it 🔥 The absolute highlight for me however, was the butter chicken burger & the sauce to accompany 🍔🔥 This was anything but bland & I’ll be running back to order this again!! 

Dessert was gulab jaman w/ salted caramel sauce & ice cream 🤤🤤 It’s safe to say we were stuffed by the end of the evening.

So was invited here through @londoneid & I hadn’t heard of the place until this moment, and honestly I was quite shocked how nice the watermelon chaat was, but the star of the show was that butter chicken thigh burger with the butter chicken sauce as well, just WOW. Used the rest of the sauce to have the chips with but you gotta dip the burger in there or open it up & pour desired amount over the chicken too, bloody beautiful, I could have had another one easily as well, I’d defo go out my way for this alone so I’ll be back for round 2 very soon!

Also the salted caramel gulab jamun was beautiful too!

Bindas Eatery Westfield

1st time visiting Bindas and it was a great experience, the food had a good level of spice and the menu had a good variety. The service was great, we initially were sat on a 2 person table and had asked to be moved to a booth and when one came available they cleaned it up quickly and moved us.
We had a lovely talk with Smita just before we were leaving and she told us about Meheks (the owners) story and where the inspiration of the food came from, what other branches they have etc

Loved the food and the atmosphere. The sauce is really yummy, they add this malay sauce in the butter chicken, the special burger, malay paneer and any other saucey dishes. So you need to make sure to order a variety otherwise its the same flavour.  The chaat was really good.  The dessert menu needs a little bit of work though.

Reserved for a group of 8 (Iftar) and food came out on time so was very good for us. Food was good value, and good portions. Atmosphere was good, with brilliant decor. No parking issues as within Shopping Centre. Will definitely be going again.

I'm not a fan of Indian food but eating in Bindas has definitely changed the game for me. Every plate was delicious with it's unique taste! We were served by a delightful and polite lady Shraddha who guided us through what we could order. Definitely visiting again on my next trip to London
