I really enjoyed a peaceful hour here having a chill and meeting the beautiful cats. The cats were very content and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about cats. It was £16 for the hour but you could have as many drinks as you wanted which I thought was a great idea. There's a drinks station on each floor with a really wide range of hot drinks. I really appreciated the decaff and oat milk options too. I loved meeting and reading about the cats and learning about special breeds I'd never seen before such as Buttons the Havana and Belle the Norwegian Forest Cat. The cats are beautiful and very well cared for. It was great to be in a space where everyone respects a love cats. The cats have plenty of room and spaces to perch throughout the 3 floors. It was uplifting to watch them play and explore and watch their little (and big) personalities come out. There were cat toys which you could use to interact with the cats which is a great idea too. Such a lovely sanctuary in the heart of a busy city. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Liverpool.

Popped in for 45 minutes without booking. Really nice place to spend some time. All hot & cold soft drinks are included in the entry/timed price with a decent selection. Coffee machines on every floor & was pretty good. They do have cakes & paninis etc but we’d eaten before we came. Was really quiet when we got there with only 5 other people there. Wasn’t any cats on show until the wonderful staff member - Bobbie - came out with treats and all the cats ran up and gathered round, therefore giving us basically a meet and greet with most of the cats who were so nice. Proper cute. Really enjoyed it & would go again. Lovely & different experience.

Took my 20yo daughter, her Bf and my 27yo son, to celebrate daughter's birthday. Staff were pleasant, polite, helpful and welcoming. Cafe is disabled friendly, including clean and well equipped disabled toilet. Free drinks on all 3 floors, included in the cost of entry. Daughter had birthday package, which included a birthday card, balloon, a piece of cake and treats to feed to the cats. We got to meet lots of cats who were very friendly, especially when the treats came out. Definitely recommend a visit for any cat lovers. Can't wait for the Manchester branch to open!

My daughter had learning difficulties and autism and she is obsessed with cats plus drinks are included 3 floors and 12 cats roam free. We spent a hour here and my daughter was able to talk to the staff and have a conversation with them and they take the time to answer. I will be back in 2 week again. When inside it's really nice place to relax and their music helps and their tiny shop is brilliant

This Cat Cafe is amazing. The cats are so cute and relaxed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. All the drinks are included. Just turn up or book in advance. Help yourself to drinks. You can order sandwiches, toasties and paninis. Also really nice cakes and biscuits. It's on 3 levels so plenty of room for the cats and to sit down. Relaxing classical music plays in the background. You can spend hours here. Definitely recommend visiting here.
