Absolutely fantastic place with lovely staff and beautiful cats. The cats are very social and well cared for. Hot and cold drinks are included which is nice. The chocolate fudge cake was also very delicious and affordable. Bobbie was an amazing member of staff who was very attentive and knowledgeable of the cats. They shared lots of great information about the cats. Mog was particularly lovely and affectionate. Overall a fantastic place I'd recommend.

The staff are friendly and you can tell they care a lot about the cats and visitors. There were 2 children’s birthday parties at the same time and multiple parents with young children (Saturday Morning). The cats were uninterested and ran away from all visitors unless they had food. I did not experience this in the York Cat Cafe, they were less shy and more relaxed. If I remember correctly, York also does not allow walks in and staggers the numbers of people throughout the day I understand Liverpool is a big city and therefore, more people want to visit this venue, however I think they need to reduce the amount of people and definitely reduce the amount of young children visiting at one time, as they were constantly going up and down following the cats. On a positive note, it’s a wonderful place and we had a nice time

I have mixed feelings about our visit to the cat cafe in Liverpool yesterday. If you’re after somewhere to sit and relax in a lovely environment with a drink whilst cats wander around but aren’t really interested in you then this is the place for you. If you’re after lots of interactions with cats then don’t bother. The cat cafe is very spacious - three floors which is great for the cats. Very clean and staff were friendly. I like how you can help yourself to unlimited drinks on all 3 floors. We settled at a table on the second floor when we visited at 3pm and most of the cats were either downstairs or fast asleep. We did wander up and down and managed to say hello to a few of the cats. The cats were interested in the tables with the birthday packages as they had treats for the cats but if you just book a regular slot you don’t get treats. Our second cat cafe experience and just a different one to the first but we enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed a peaceful hour here having a chill and meeting the beautiful cats. The cats were very content and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about cats. It was £16 for the hour but you could have as many drinks as you wanted which I thought was a great idea. There's a drinks station on each floor with a really wide range of hot drinks. I really appreciated the decaff and oat milk options too. I loved meeting and reading about the cats and learning about special breeds I'd never seen before such as Buttons the Havana and Belle the Norwegian Forest Cat. The cats are beautiful and very well cared for. It was great to be in a space where everyone respects a love cats. The cats have plenty of room and spaces to perch throughout the 3 floors. It was uplifting to watch them play and explore and watch their little (and big) personalities come out. There were cat toys which you could use to interact with the cats which is a great idea too. Such a lovely sanctuary in the heart of a busy city. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Liverpool.
