Bobby’s Salt and Pepper - Manchester

Food was standard. It wasn’t anything wow. I got the box 5 and 6 and an egg fried rice on the side. The prawn toast was good and so was the chips. The prawns were very soggy from the sauce on top as were the wings. The burgers were two fillets in a muffin with lettuce and sauce, literally tasted of nothing at all it was very bland. The dragon burger was almost as if it was just dipped in a chilli sauce. Now the egg fried rice was awful. It tasted like nothing and drenched in oil, it was like I was biting into chalk with every grain I was chewing. You can see the oil in the left hand corner of the photo

Bobby’s Chinese Food Place is hands down one of my favorite spots! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, it always feels like they’re happy to see you. The food is just as amazing: fresh, flavorful, and always cooked to perfection. Definitely a go-to for delicious Chinese food with a personal touch.

Visiting Manchester and fancied a bite very locally. Google and Google maps sent me here on foot. Well what can I say ? I had the Dragon Burger with chips and it's blown me away. Utterly astonishing quality, probably the best chicken filled burger I've ever had and the chips are to die for !!! The customer area and serving area were scrupulously clean and with the door to the kitchen open, I could see the kitchen was also very clean, especially considering it was full tilt with customer orders. Next time in in Manchester, I will definitely be eating here again. The young lady at the counter was also very professional and friendly, giving me advice on a walking route to Platt Fields Park.
