Proposed Review: Today I waited over 18–20 minutes for my food. Orders were being served to others in front of me, even though I had been waiting longer. The staff never communicated any delay, and when I asked, I was told it would take even more time. The service was slow, disorganized, and showed no respect for customers. Very disappointing experience.The meat was raw inside, and fried in oil that seemed to have been used all day — extremely greasy and unpleasant to eat. A dining experience to avoid.

Amigos Shepherd's Bush, London I recently visited the Amigos branch in Shepherd's Bush and had a truly excellent experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot – exactly what you'd hope for from a place known for great burgers and peri-peri chicken. The quality of the ingredients really stood out. The restaurant itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear that cleanliness and hygiene are taken seriously here, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I’d especially like to mention Abubakr, one of the staff members, whose service was exceptional. He was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. His positive attitude and helpful approach made us feel genuinely valued as customers. Highly recommend this branch of Amigos not just for the food, but for the great service too!

Absolutely loved the food here! The Boss Burger was packed with flavor—juicy, perfectly cooked, and super satisfying. The Tower Burger was just as impressive—loaded and full of taste in every bite. The service was friendly and quick, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

My friend recommended this place; he said it’s a great place for burgers, and YES, he was right. We ordered burger meal that comes with chips and a drink. The amigo (beef) burger was the best burger I’ve had in a long time.. it’s just divine. Chips were freshly cooked and the drink was cold and refreshing. One little comment tho, the burger is quite small tbf… I was full as chips and drinks were accompanied with the meal, but it would be nicer if the burger was bit bigger. The guy who served us was very cool, he was chatting while taking our orders. Good point!

Abu-Bakr served me at 30/06/2925, 22:33, he went above and beyond to deliver an amazing customer service!! I hope management thanks him for the excellent hospitality, will be coming back because of this kindness :)
