Visited Amigos in Wembley and really enjoyed it! The mojito drink was fresh, perfectly balanced, and very refreshing. The chicken wrap was delicious — well-seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavour. Great service and atmosphere too. Definitely worth a visit!

if you ordered food from Amigos Wembley on 9th November at around 9:30pm then DONT ORDER AGAIN. this staff was tearing sauce packets with her teeth and putting it on food. she even licked the sauce of her hands MULTIPLE TIMES. she literally licked her finger and went back to touching the food. i know it was an online order because it was coming up on the screen. thankfully i only ordered a drink.

Amigos has been a complete disaster. I ordered twice in the last 3 days and both times were unbelievable failures. The first time, the shake arrived leaking everywhere, wrapped horribly, and looking totally unsafe to drink. The second time, I ordered 12 shakes and they only sent TWO. How does that even happen?! Their packaging is a mess, their quality control is non-existent, and their accuracy is embarrassing. It honestly feels like they don’t care at all about what they deliver to customers. This place has wasted my money, my time, and my patience. I’m furious and I won’t ever order from here again.

I’ve been ordering from Amigos for years and unfortunately today is the last day. I order on Uber Eats all of the time, i’ve tried a variety of things from their menu - one being the mini burger. Please look at the picture and tell me if you think this is acceptable to serve someone… when I called the manager she was dismissive, told me they are all like that and said I am complaining about everything so she doesn’t know what to do for me. All I said to her was the amount of chicken in the burger is unacceptable and the lettuce is changing colour (to which she said no it’s not, as if she can see it). She told me to come to the shop now to change it, I declined and told her I would come to the shop in my free time so she can remake it, she said okay and was going to hang up without even taking any of my details - very dismissive and poor customer service. Furthermore, the way that they package their hot dogs reduce the quality - it comes in a plastic container so the bread and crispy onions sweat and become soggy by the time it is delivered. This time, I do not believe the hot dog was even cooked properly, I had to stop eating it. I don’t know who they have in the kitchen now, but they’re clearly inexperienced. Very very poor experience, i’m so disappointed that it’s gone so downhill.

This place should be seriously shut down. Really poor quality food and service. I spoke to a man to speak about my order and he was totally disrespectful and zero customer service. I would strongly advice to go and Spend your Money elsewhere.
