Little bit disappointed, we arrived to an almost empty restaurant to be told that because of an event, there was a restricted menu, so several people within our party didn’t end up ordering a main because nothing suitable for their dietary requirements. When the food came it was lukewarm which was surprising as the place was practically empty. When we advised the staff, the waitress was lovely and very apologetic, and instantly replaced the meal. However I will say, that the food taste wasn’t that great either, and not what I was expecting, in fact I’ve had better Chicken Katsu Curry at the pub. The food was very bland, however it was presented nice on the Plate, and the establishment was very clean, not much atmosphere because it was a Wednesday night, and practically empty, and the cocktails were good. Have to say we sadly left a little disappointed, and I don’t think I will return.

I’ve passed this branch countless times without stopping in, though I’ve tried their other locations. Staff are helpful and attentive without hovering, even reminding me about happy hour drinks I’d completely forgotten about. The steak soba was full of flavor, though the meat itself leaned too chewy with pockets of hard fat, and the sauce pushed a touch salty. Still, the balance of service and overall execution left a good impression, the kind of spot that feels reliable even if not flawless.

Absolutely great experience! Today we had the pleasure of having dinner at Banana Tree at O2, and every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was very nice and inviting, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Jay, who provided outstanding service with genuine kindness and professionalism. Thank you ;)

01/08/2025. V300 Reunion Group. Today I had the pleasure of going to the Banana Tree at the o2. I can honestly say that it was the best dinner experience I've encountered in 2 years. Cami and Kinga are the best (they were professional, friendly, attentive and caring) it was my friends birthday as well, and they made it possible to make her feel special. The food was lovely, thank you Cami for the recommendation, the portion sizes are adequate and the icing on the cake was the chocolate boa bun with ice cream (Chef Kiss) The atmosphere made is not want to leave. Nice place to have a south asian cuisine. We settled for Malaysian, Thai and Singaporean dishes and they all turned out to be full of flavours. Portions were good. The service team is awesome, their quick prompt turnaround and ever attentive service will make you feel that your requirements are always the first priority, even in busy times when you have events in O2.
