We had an excellent lunch here today, every course we ate packed a punch of delicious flavour. The dumplings were fantastic that sauce is to to die for, the scallops were great loved the chicken stock and the mushroom croquette was flavoursome. For the main we shared the lamb pie and the pomme Anna which looked beautiful. It was my first time having Filipino food - what a great introduction.

Had a fantastic meal at Donia last night. What a fantastic representation of Filipino food. My friend had suggested it and mentioned it was in the Michelin Guide and it definitely exceeded my high expectations. We had the adobo mushroom croquettes, the sea bream kinilaw, the chicken inasal and the aubergine and tomato ensalada on a pomme anna. Everything was insanely delicious. Well balanced, with interesting combinations of flavours that kept your intrigue and attention. I honestly couldn't pick a favourite between the kinilaw, the chicken or the ensalada. And even then the croquettes were great, just didn't wow like those three did which had all something new and different to offer. Very much would love to go back and try other dishes on the menu. Well worth a visit!
