Mixed Experience: Fast Service, but the Buffalo Wings Were a Major Disappointment ​I visited Honest Burgers with my family specifically because I had heard about their buffalo wings and was looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately, the experience with the wings was extremely disappointing, especially as I was only planning on having them and nothing else. ​The service itself was impressively fast, and the wings arrived at the table quickly. However, upon touching them, I discovered they were stone cold. I politely asked the waiter if this was intentional, and he immediately apologized and took them back to the kitchen to consult with "Chef Mike." ​Two minutes later, the wings returned with an extra slathering of sauce on top, but the core issue the temperature was still not properly resolved. The wings were barely warm, and the flavor was still off. I informed the waiter that I couldn't eat them, particularly due to the flavor of the sauce. ​The waiter was excellent and genuinely tried to fix the situation, offering to bring a completely new, fresh batch. Again, after a brief consultation with "Chef Mike," the new wings arrived. I tried one or two, and then asked my family to try them as well. We all agreed they were excessively zesty and vinegary way too much vinegar, completely overpowering the traditional buffalo flavor. I had to give up on them entirely. ​The staff seemed genuinely shocked, stating that these are typically their best-selling wings. As someone who has lived in North America and knows what true buffalo wings should taste like, these sadly earned a 0/10 from me. Chef Mike's fixes did not help the matter at all. ​While the waiter tried his best to resolve the issues, the product quality of the wings was unacceptable and unfortunately I didn't pay and it was sandwiches for me at home. If am looking for great wings with good portions and flavours note to myself I will stick to my favorite Shakespeare pub in Victoria Station.

Maybe it’s the marketing hype on the menu, maybe it’s the high expectations that burger restaurants are always awesome, this one simply underwhelmed. The rooms are modern and well-lit, service was OK but the burgers were so ordinary. For all the promises of higher quality ingredients, the end result was quite ordinary. I would not return here for a burger. Very average. We had much better elsewhere. But the coleslaw was good. However, I wanted a real good tasting burger. Did not fix it here. Went here as one of my daughter’s favourites, to be fair it’s a great smash burger. My wife had the chicken burger and said it was the best burger she had tasted. I opted for the double smash burger and was very tasty but a little too greasy.

Not my cup of tea. Environment too noisy, mediocre taste and selection of burguers, high prices for the quantity and quality of the food, filthy toilets (female) and tiny spaces. When the waiter served the couple next to us, her rear was almost touching the table and my hand. Quality and price did not match this time for us.

Horrible experience, first my lemonade was bland and the glass had dirt in it. When I complained about it nothing was done about it. When we got our food the order was wrong so we had to send it back and wait even longer for the food… at this point we was starving when our correct food came out… greasy… we was hungry and couldn’t be asked to wait an extra 15 mins. During this time no one checked up on us. Food was also bland and lukewarm, was not worth the price
