Ordered via Uber Eats. Requested my burger was cooked medium-well, but it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Disgusting, went straight in the bin. Edit - Customer service have handled this really well so I have increased my rating. The rest of the food was also good and well cooked.

Why can Honest Burger Chiswick not cook a burger through properly, especially a smashburger. I even called up after placing my order to ask for it to be cooked through, and it turns up undercooked every time. This isn't a cut of steak that should come rare, its burger meat. And everything was ice cold, including the chips. Its gross.

Great place if you dine in… Obviously great burgers! If You order for home via uber eats or delivery, they just give you leftover fries cooked for months and lefts almost disappeared! Guys do only fresh fries - for the price you must ! throw the million times cooked fries that smell. Please
